Solid app that works well. They have great comms and are willing to help. This keeps the chargeback number very low too and is great for a high or low volume store while being cost effective.

Good app and excellent customer service. An error had occurred in the app settings, customer service helped me with this perfectly and fixed it for me nicely, the app itself works very well for preventing chargebacks and keeping your dispute rate low, they are definitely the best out there Thanks for the great service Disputifier!

To be honest, it's technical to set it up. But I'm 100% sure these guys know what they are doing and they want YOU to get the best possible performance and customer experience possible. I love the shipping notifications that tracks every dispute and informs customers automatically. I think this app is undervalued. The features are insane and they do work. I think the UI/UX can be improved a little more. But the service is INSANE. A few meetings with Chris and his 14+ years experience in ecom and everything was set up and running in 30 min. There are alternatives, but they fancy a beautiful UI/UX, I bet their performance is worse than Disputifier. Install this app, ask Chris to do a setup and you are good to go.

Disputifier is easily the best company for handling chargebacks and alerts. I’ve used them across a few stores now, and the experience has been excellent. They’re always quick to answer any questions I have and explain things clearly. Super helpful team they've definitely saved our brand a lot of time, stress, and headaches. 100% recommend their services! 10/10 !!!

How this helpful when it basically reports every 4-5 orders as 'high risk' which are not high risk? I can't imagine the damage it would do to a small business if sellers cancel orders based on this app.

This is: A) an extremely small sample size B) a far cry from the 1 / 4 orders you mentioned While we aim to provide the most accurate fraud analysis system in the market, we also provide value through automating chargeback recovery, deflecting chargebacks with alerts, and more. If a customer files a dispute while the package is in transit, they will automatically refund the customer, which will contribute to your losses and can Aid in customer fraud attempts. Additionally, they won't be able to resolve the issue for you, and you will still be charged the fee.

Hey there, The service you're referring to is chargeback alerts. This notifies merchants of incoming chargebacks, and by default, enables an automatic refund to be processed to prevent the dispute. Although it can reaffirm a refund that was already going to happen anyway due to the chargeback, many merchants are willing to accept this because it prevents the chargeback. This of course avoids any potential issues with your payment processor If chargeback prevention is less important than maximum revenue retention, you can always opt to turn off chargeback alerts and utilize our automated chargeback recovery solution.

dont use this. they will auto refund customers if thier app "thinks" its a "fraudluent charge" had multiple customers emailing us asking why their order got cancelled. unable to receive a clear answer from the support. beware.

Hi there, as we explained via chat, you selected our "Fraud Blocking" feature which uses AI to identify fraudulent orders. Similar to the Shopify fraud analysis, but smarter. You opted to select auto refunds which is not an option that is enabled by default. You could've chosen not to use auto refunding or not to use the fraud blocking service in general. Instead, you chose to leave a negative review.
