One thing I’ve noticed is how responsive the platform is during sales spikes. I’ve had a couple of promotions that generated hundreds of orders overnight, and the system handled everything without lagging or crashing — which hasn’t been my experience with other tools.
Great so far. No major surprises. Not sure about the value yet.

THEIR PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS ARE HORRIBLE! There has been an extreme decline in the quality of customer service offered by Doba. I had a concern about their policies and both the customer service representative Ethan & their supervisor Hannah were extremely disrespectful, defensive and WRONG! Instead of admitting that they were not knowledgable of my request, they advised me incorrectly, and in an extremely unprofessional manner. Having used Doba for over a year at this point, I was shocked at the level of customer service they now have. I will not be using them again.

Some of the product is wholesale and some of it is just marked up and resold by other dropshippers. you have to really do the homework on your pricing and compare to other sites like CJDropshippers etc. order flow doesnt seem to be automatic and you have to sync it through. Not a way to bundle products and do bundle discounts even if the wholesaler on doba is the same supplier for both products. doesnt seem to be a way to consolidate shipping for same supplier multi product. customer service is an AI chat box that is not better than a commodore 64. you wont be able to talk to a live human at least on weekends if you are trying to get a first order in and the chat box is useless. it just kept telling us to upgrade.
