Dripshipper integrates so well with Shopify....it's been a breeze to use so far. And, I've had a couple Customer Service requests that were answered quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend!

I’m having a great time with this app so far. It's very easy to use and perfectly stable. The coffee is fantastic! I love the aroma and the taste is just great! This might sound strange to say, but I buy the coffee for myself. In other words, my own product is something I enjoy very much. Rest assured that you will be selling high-quality coffee. As for customer service, Joanna and Danny are extremely helpful. I ask them the simplest questions and they promptly get back to me. You will get the personal attention you need. The black and white labels look good. My logo has a black background and they still turned out well. Overall, the bags look spiffy. In my experience, shipping times vary from 4 to 7 business days in the US. Test the shipping times yourself and let your customers know what to expect. I cannot help addressing the 1-star review below. The app is perfectly stable, the coffee is not expensive given its quality, and shipping is free within the US. It’s true that international shipping is expensive, but this has more to do with the realities of logistics than anything else. I fully recommend this app. If you learn how to market, you will get results. UPDATE: I'm getting great reviews from customers. The quality is boss. The aroma is amazing! So far no problems with shipping!

The app is glitchy. It rarely opens without error. More importantly, it takes days to process an order. They must forward their orders to a second drop-shipper. Thank goodness my friends and family ordered first. Turn around time is embarrassing. The coffee costs too much. The shipping cost is too high. Use this app and before you know it your brand will be ruined. Very disappointed. Steer clear. Find another solution. Save time and money.

Though I've only been using this app for a month it functions well and, more importantly, the humans behind it are very helpful when I've had questions, and seem eager to help me grow my subscription business in support of the transitional ministries I manage here in central NC.

Well, they started off good - I've used it for 6 months, but don't count on the advertised "Ships Within 3 Days". The last few months it takes at least 10 days for them to process and then 3-4 days for the customer to receive. I've spent too much money promoting this bad service and am getting complaints. I'm looking for another coffee dropshipper. I don't even care if it's manual ordering - I'm at the computer or phone everyday anyway ON June 6th: On Thu, Jun 6, 2019 at 03:30 PM, "Customer service" wrote: I am sorry if you feel that we have wasted your year and money. Also, the main company is out of Timor, so They just might let you know they're out of that AFTER your customer orders it. This company has been a royal headache for a year and don't think for one second they care about you and how hard you've worked to promote THEIR business. There are other private label coffee companies out there. Don't be conned into thinking this one is turn-key ... It's NOT!

This is a great app and well worth the money. It produces great coffee with your brand label. The customer service is amazing. Super nice and very helpful. If you're looking to drop ship coffee products, this app is a must-have!

The app goes straight to do what you are expecting to do, sell single origin coffee. The customer service is good and fast. The information about the coffee you will offer is few regarding to taste, brewing recommended methods, etc. If you show more info about every type of coffee to the buyer, this one will trust you more to complete the checkout. I haven't opened my store yet cause I am still setting up, but until now the app looks pretty what I was looking for.

The app is easy to use as a whole. If you use the custom labels there is a substantial wait time from when you are wanting to upload a label, to review, to print to launch. At this point I would assume the start to finish process would be about 14 days, exact time for the free trial, to actually test how this process works. I would like to see an inventory list when adding new products to sell to make sure you do not double down on roasts. I have yet to market this company simply because I am unsure how well this app works with Shopify and how quick everything ships. I believe it all comes back to the label process and the inefficiency there.
