1) Azure Green is actually not affiliated with Wholesale2b at all. They have nothing to do with them despite Wholesale2b having them listed as a "Trusted Supplier". They are NOT a true supplier. They are either impersonating Azure Green as a supplier or allowing another company/individual to do that. That's not right. That's deceptive. 2) I have been trying to cancel my subscription for days and get my account deleted with them and it feels like they are ducking me to keep the subscription/account going. Don't like that. I do not want to have anything to do with this app or website. I want to be rid of all of it from my Shopify account and my life.

We're not impersonating them as Wholesale2B does not act as a supplier, we're a mediator between you and them. AzureGreen partners with us under our parent company so you may not find a mention of Wholesale2B at their end. 2. We mention extremely clearly in the dashboard as well as FAQs that to cancel your subscription, you simply need to uninstall the Wholesale2B app from your Shopify store. If you have any more concerns, please reach out to us.

Not happy with this app at all. I have over 540 products that I added to my online store that keeps getting deleted somehow and every time I'm asking for help, they want to reply back a day later and I only hear from them once a day. Plus, I'm not getting any type of help in fixing the issue. I had to temporarily close my online store from the public until I got the issues fixed which is costing me money because I am not making money. Now, I'm losing over 500 products that I'm going to have to either find or replace through a different app, which means having my store closed even longer and not making money. Unfortunately, I can't submit this review unless I give a rating, which is lucky for them. But I want you to take the 1 star and add a negative in front of it and you will have your true rating of 0 Stars, because that's just how I feel about this app.

First, please know that Wholesale2B does not randomly delete products from Shopify stores. When products are removed, it is usually caused by one of the following: • The supplier removed or discontinued the items • The products went out of stock and auto removal was enabled • The Shopify API connection was interrupted • Another app or manual action affected the listings That said, 540 products being removed is definitely something we want to investigate carefully. Regarding support response time, we reply in the order tickets are received. Our typical response time is within one business day. We understand that when your store is affected, even one day can feel long, and we are working on improving response speed. We would really like the opportunity to properly review your account and restore stability to your store. Please reply to your existing support ticket and reference this review so we can escalate it internally and give this immediate attention. I was advised by their agent that I could access both the US and UK websites with a single subscription, but you can't. I have raised this with their support team but they have avoided answering the question on at least 2 occasions. This is misrepresentation which is a breach of consumer protection laws.

Hi Beach Boutique, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I believe you're referring to your query in ticket #569789 in your Wholesale2B account. I can see that we did answer your queries within a few hours of creating the ticket on both 02/11/25 and 02/12/25. The max time we took to answer your ticket was 4 hours. In both instances, we mentioned that it appears that the staff on the live chat misquoted the details, and we've already rectified this response. We weren't trying to deceive you in activating the subscription, we assure you. As mentioned multiple times to you in the support ticket: We have 3 portals, one for USA, one for UK and one for Adult products. Each portals have their own specific integrations which are charged separately from other portals.

We take accusations like this very seriously. Wholesale2B does not charge cards directly. All billing for the Shopify app is handled entirely by Shopify through their secure billing system. We do not have access to manually charge anyone’s credit card. If you are seeing a charge, it would appear on your Shopify invoice and would relate to an active subscription during that billing cycle. Even if an app is uninstalled, Shopify may still process the charge at the end of the current billing period if the subscription was active. If you believe a charge was incorrect, please contact us with: • Your store name • The invoice date • The charge amount We are happy to review it immediately and work with Shopify if needed. We are a registered company serving thousands of sellers, and unauthorized charging is not something we do or tolerate. Please reach out so we can resolve this properly.

Excellent App for Dropship, very professional and organized, I give it 5 stars and recommend it, you will be able to import and organize all the products in a professional way and it also loads more than 1 million products from different suppliers for all types of businesses.

If I may frankly I will zero star. I was charged even I disconnected the app. The products have no full description and it is like working with scam company selling fake products. I requested two times a refund which I did not get. Prices are very high and they kept sending email for products that are discontinued and the same bunch of products over and over. It is like you are selling products that do not really even exist. They look like fake. How come Shopify has failed to investigate on many of these app provider before accepting them? They would avoid a lot of issues that store owners are facing. I do not recommend this APP. Customer service is non-existent and their wholesale price is NOT real. If ever you are able to get an order, it will not be shipped on time and your customer will receive fake products that are made somewhere else but not in the US.

We are sorry to hear about your experience and we would like to clarify a few important points. Regarding billing: All billing is handled directly by Shopify. App charges are processed by Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. Even if the app is uninstalled, Shopify may still charge at the end of the current billing cycle if the subscription was active during that period. We do not manually charge cards and we do not control Shopify’s billing system. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please share your store name and the Shopify invoice date so we can review it with you. About product descriptions and pricing: All product data, including descriptions and wholesale pricing, comes directly from verified suppliers. We do not create fake listings or artificial pricing. Sellers are free to edit descriptions, adjust pricing, or choose which suppliers to work with. Product availability and discontinued emails: Suppliers frequently update inventory. When items are discontinued or go out of stock, automated notifications are sent to protect sellers from overselling unavailable products. Shipping and product origin: Orders are fulfilled directly by suppliers. Some ship from US warehouses, others from international locations. This depends on the supplier selected. We do not sell counterfeit products. We understand frustration when things do not go as expected. If you are willing, please contact us with your store details and previous ticket numbers so we can review your refund request and concerns carefully. Our goal is to support sellers, and we are here to help.

I've done pretty good here also there's USA shippers which is why I use this I wanted to get USA suppliers I don't really have anything against others but going with USA suppliers have made things a lot better no slow wait times I highly recommend Wholesale2B they have lots of products and new things coming regularly also I have used support many times they get back to me fairly fast so one thing I can say about support is It's been an A+ for me I have had lots of sells! with them I recommend you give them a try for yourself :)

I'm glad to use this wholesale2b. Inventory and order processing are accurate. Few times facing out-of stock issues. To overcome this, you need to keep an eye on the performed products.

I have been working with Wholesale2B for almost 2 years now. I've had their Amazon sync program, presently their ebay sync Program, and newly their Shopify sync program. And without a shadow of a doubt, without them I NEVER would have become a large presence with good profits in Ecommerce Online Retail. Here is what I LOVE about wholesale2b: *1. They offer inventory sync programs that load products in very quickly (thousands) and keeps the inventory synced to warehouses with products of your choice--every 4 hours update or even manual when you put items in your lists. This saves me hours if not weeks of my time (I'm deploying almost 10K product to our various shops through their service). *2 I choose my mark up: there are niches of products I have found there that work well on various platforms. I flush out at medium 20% profit on each sale using their inventory feeds and lists. *3 If you wish to use them to fulfill (place order/upload tracing)--its streamlined to do so; or, you can reach out to wholesalers, set up your account with them but still use their app to sell, fulfill yourself-(they provide the contact information for you to do that if you wish) -they are fine with it (I like that flexibility). *4 Any software or online work is not without hiccups, bumps, or flaws. So any issues I have, there is a ticket support system--there are 4 key people who answer questions and fix problem in 4-24 hours. I can count on that. They are very respectful and always willing to help you, teach you, or fix things on their end if needed. *5. They are connected to 95 warehouses and offer over a million products from which you create your own lists and then click to push---100's of products at a time. I LOVE IT! Pick the right products with the right margin of increase and you DO sell--some products work better on certain sites though. They are improving their software all the time. App is very poor. You made sell, but can't get tracking number and right now can't get refund. Have to make research to switch to other platform I want to add, no support at all, for few days I can't transfer money to wallet to pay for goods and may lose customer. Don't recommed this app

This is a great service, fairly fast shipping on most suppliers. HOWEVER i am only giving this a 3 star after many months of using the app 1. there is a hidden 3% cost for 2B to process your order 2. their app DOES NOT push tracking for orders in shopify, you get an email or need to log in to retrieve each orders tracking. This is a huge problem when you want complete automation and are paying the 3% for them to process an order. 3. A lot of suppliers do not offer any expedited shipping through the app only standard shipping and also only ship to USA addresses. 4. They have too much control over how a product shows up in your shop in terms of price, photo, title, product weight and description. There is a new setting I requested them to provide to help with some of these. 5. Many of these suppliers: photos are too small or degraded quality, non white backgrounds to use in your eCommerce store. 6. customer service is not lightning fast to respond, and when you have a problem order time is always of the essence. 7. If you have other suppliers or apps in your store that have shipping fees it is difficult to process an order with mixed suppliers; the shipping calculation is not possible with shopify without using another shipping app (more $) to calculate correct shipping costs. This has a lot to do with the inability to change 2B's shipping weight for each product. A nightmare really when customers are purchasing more than one item. The shipping fee is multiplied with every product in the cart (no combined shipping option) Other than all these concerns it is fine. I would give a complete 5 star review if all of these concerns were addressed, after all it is $30 a month. It's almost worth the extra work to hook up with the supplier yourself and process your own orders with them if you are willing to do the work.

Let us address each point clearly. 1. The 3% processing fee The 3% fee is not hidden. It is disclosed inside the dashboard and applies only when we process an order on your behalf. This covers automated order submission, payment handling, and supplier communication. Sellers always have the option to process orders manually if they prefer. 2. Tracking not pushing automatically Tracking availability depends on the supplier and how quickly they provide it. We do provide tracking details inside the dashboard and via email. We understand the importance of full automation and we continue improving syncing features with Shopify. 3. Shipping limitations and US only suppliers Each supplier sets their own shipping rules. Some offer only standard shipping and some ship only within the US. We clearly list shipping regions and policies per supplier so sellers can choose accordingly. 4. Product control and editing limitations Products are synced from supplier feeds to maintain inventory accuracy. However, sellers can edit titles, descriptions, pricing, and images inside Shopify after import. We are continuously expanding customization settings, including the new option you mentioned. 5. Image quality Images are provided directly by suppliers. We agree that some suppliers provide better assets than others. Many sellers enhance images before publishing, and we are actively working with suppliers to improve media quality standards. 6. Support speed We respond to tickets in the order received, typically within one business day. We understand that urgent order issues require faster attention and we are working to improve response times. 7. Mixed supplier shipping challenges When multiple suppliers are used in one store, combined shipping can be complex because each supplier charges separately. This is not unique to our system but a common dropshipping challenge. Some sellers use advanced Shopify shipping settings or third party shipping apps to better manage blended carts. We understand this adds complexity and cost, and we continue exploring improvements in this area. We genuinely appreciate your honest review. Feedback like this helps shape product improvements. App works well enough, Support is good. The problem is for my industry the wholesale prices of the items available are in some case twice as high as retail, I could by all cheaper on Amazon then I would pay wholesale here. So no money to be made.
