After a rough start with slow loading and a store freeze, my store finally imported. If you have a large store, it might take time, but once it’s in, the layout is clean and modern. Support could be better, but the tool itself shows promise. Hoping for faster load speeds and better onboarding moving forward.

They are trying to charge me after one month I uninstalled and I paid the month I usted it. They charged me today regardless I contact them to cancel this charge!! And for a month that it been uninstalled horrible

Hi there, thanks for sharing your feedback. Just to clarify, app billing is fully managed by Shopify. Because Shopify runs charges on two billing cycles, it’s possible to see a charge after uninstalling until the billing period is fully closed. We don’t have the ability to stop or issue charges ourselves. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, the best next step is to reach out to Shopify Support so they can review and adjust your billing history. You can also contact us directly and we’ll gladly help guide you through the process.
