I was having trouble setting up Reviews through a third-party app, and thankfully, I received outstanding support from Atlas agent Shahadat. He was incredibly patient and guided me through the process step by step. His assistance made a frustrating situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Atlas to others!

After a rough start with slow loading and a store freeze, my store finally imported. If you have a large store, it might take time, but once it’s in, the layout is clean and modern. Support could be better, but the tool itself shows promise. Hoping for faster load speeds and better onboarding moving forward.

They are trying to charge me after one month I uninstalled and I paid the month I usted it. They charged me today regardless I contact them to cancel this charge!! And for a month that it been uninstalled horrible

Because Shopify runs charges on two billing cycles, it’s possible to see a charge after uninstalling until the billing period is fully closed. We don’t have the ability to stop or issue charges ourselves.
