They are trying to charge me after one month I uninstalled and I paid the month I usted it. They charged me today regardless I contact them to cancel this charge!! And for a month that it been uninstalled horrible

Hi there, thanks for sharing your feedback. Just to clarify, app billing is fully managed by Shopify. Because Shopify runs charges on two billing cycles, it’s possible to see a charge after uninstalling until the billing period is fully closed. We don’t have the ability to stop or issue charges ourselves. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, the best next step is to reach out to Shopify Support so they can review and adjust your billing history. You can also contact us directly and we’ll gladly help guide you through the process.

Outstanding App – Highly Recommended! This app exceeded all my expectations! The interface is clean and intuitive, and the features are incredibly powerful yet easy to use. It seamlessly integrates with my store and has truly improved both customer experience and my workflow. The support team is also fast, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ve tried many apps, but this one stands out in every way. Absolutely recommended for any serious business!

Title: Deceptive Billing and Zero Accountability – Avoid This App I installed the app, didn’t use it, uninstalled it — and was still charged. This is unacceptable. No clear warning, no proper cancellation flow, no confirmation — just a silent charge. Their so-called “free trial” appears to be a trap designed to convert into billing without consent. Even after I contacted support and demanded a refund, I received nothing but a copy-paste reply thanking me for “feedback” — completely ignoring my request for a credit or real resolution. This is not support — it’s avoidance. Shopify should not allow apps like this to remain live. Charging users without use or consent is a direct violation of platform trust and international consumer protection law. I strongly advise others to avoid this app — unless you want to spend time chasing your money and being ignored.

Cannot Access the Product Page Generation Feature I wanted to use the "Generate Product Page" function in the Atlas app, but it's not available in my interface. Even though the screen says "Generate product pages for existing Atlas theme," the only option shown is "Generate Store." Clicking that button actually creates a full store instead of a product page. This is not just a translation issue — the button performs the wrong action. I've tried refreshing the browser and checking my Shopify plan, but nothing helps. *I have not reinstalled the app yet.* If the product page feature is part of the current plan, it should be clearly accessible. Please fix this issue or clarify the proper steps. Others may be facing the same problem, so I hope the team can address it soon. Thank you.

I am new to Shopify and e-commerce and I knew my store needed a professional touch. Thanks to the app "Atlas Builder", I was able to transform my Store into a hyper professional looking store in minutes. I also experienced extremely helpful support. Their support and patience was invaluable, when setting up the Bundles, which I found a bit more challenging. Overall, if you´re serious about E-commerce you need Atlas Builder.

This is the best software I have used during my ecom journey. I'm not an insane designer, and this made up for my missing skills. I could launch an insane looking ecom store, without the struggle to design it. Saves a lot of headache, makes things so much easier, I would suggest everyone to try it out!
