I had a few questions in regards to the set up and Tracy and Liv was professional, helpful, amazing and kind. They both help me so the set up was easy for me to do and Liv reached out to me a day after to see if everything is ok on my end which is so thoughtful and kind of her. The response time was quick and was solved very quickly for me. I am very pleased and very happy with the service and app so far. Overall it is a good app with good features. Thank you

Do not install or use this plugin!! This plugin intercepts customer orders, preventing customers from purchasing products. If you want a refund, it won't allow it!!!

I had to reach out to them twice now and every time they have been very responsive and quick to give updates when I asked. Great customer support which is not very common now days. They resolved my issues with my theme and got me going without all the headaches that I have had with other apps/plugin companies.

This is by far the most cost-effective app I’ve used, and also the one with the most features. It solves 99% of my problems, and the customer support is extremely professional and responds very quickly. Every issue I’ve run into has been fully resolved by their team. Liv’s support is honestly perfect — I barely had to do anything. They handled the authorization for me and fixed the problem directly. I truly believe this is an app that 99% of Shopify users need. Huge thanks again to Liv for helping clear up all my questions! I’ll definitely keep using this app and recommend it to other Shopify users around me.

Easify is a fantastic product options app, and the customer service truly sets it apart. Whenever I run into an issue with my setup, I can hop on chat support and they resolve it quickly, usually within 24 hours, with very little back and forth. The team is knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. I absolutely love Easify and highly recommend it!

Easify is very easy to use and does exactly what it promises. The interface is clear, the setup is simple, and it saves a lot of time on my Shopify store. Customer support is responsive and helpful. Great app, highly recommended.

Great app, really. It was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it keeps crashing and doesn’t save the changes. I contacted support, and they told me that on their end there are no issues, and that was it. Sadly, I’m removing it. I don’t understand how it can be perfect for 2,000 people while causing these problems for me. I had also subscribed, of course. As enthusiastic as I was about installing and using it, the disappointment is just as great, both because it crashes and because the support team showed no interest in helping me or keeping me as a user. Ottima app, davvero. Era esattamente quello che cercavo. Peccato che crasha del continuo non salvando le modifiche. Contattata l'assistenza, mi hanno detto che da parte loro non ci sono problemi e basta. Purtroppo la sto rimuovendo. Non capisco come mai per 2 mila persone sia stata perfetta e a me da questi problemi. Avevo anche fatto l'abbonamento ovviamente. Per quanto fossi stata entusiasta di installarla e usarla, tanto più grande la delusione perché crasha e perché l'assistenza non ha mostrato alcun interesse nell'aiutarmi e tenermi come user.

Just got started using this app, and it's working great. I used another app for years and I chose this one instead because I can link add-on products to my product pages so those add-on items actually appear in the checkout and I can get product reviews for them. The customized swatches for variations work great - makes for a very nice layout. And the support team is very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend.
