I was trying to upgrade my plan, however I was not able to do so from my end. I contacted customer support and within seconds Mari responded and helped me upgrade my plan. My experience was very pleasant 10/10 would recommend Mari!

Great customer service! They are able to tap into your site and edit things for you which makes it easy to fix small mistakes.

This app has been a great fit for our fairly complex ordering process and offers a range of helpful customizations that have worked well for our website. The customer service has also been excellent (thank you Mari and team!) — quick to respond and very helpful in resolving any issues and making sure the app meets our needs. We would definitely recommend it!

I appreciate the customer service and their willingness to help especially Hannie. I am still working on getting familiar with the app, I don't think it's as user friendly as I thought, but it is not as complicated as other apps.

App has been great so far, loads of great features and the live preview is good - the support has been spot on too. I spoke with both Kendle and Clove and both were very helpful.

I liked the free version but needed the pro features so I paid it and there was something I couldn´t do and this support girl Mari helped me untill everything worked, they have great support, and now my shop works great, I love this app

This app is a great tool to add customization to my products. I reached out to support while I was setting up my options and Clove was extremely helpful and support was very quick. I highly recommend.

I don’t even use this app, yet I was charged an annual subscription fee. Please kindly process a refund as soon as possible.
