Easify Custom Product Options

Very good troubleshooting, even though my case needed to be checked with development, it was solved within a few days.

Chole, the very supportive staff, is very patient and answered all the questions that I ask. There are always some amendments need to be made due to the limitation of the plugin, and the support team always make it possible.

We sell customized embroidered and custom printed apparel and home decor accessories so we need an app that offer different options and pricing. I am still in the website building and learning stage, but whenever I am stuck on something, their customer service had been there for me and helped me solve my problems and get me back working again. Being a first-time user of this app, it took a little getting used to the nav and setup. But, thanks to Audrey, she made the nav through the app a breeze. I may have other questions as I go through the setup but I feel comfortable knowing there's a good team watching my back.

Great app with lots of customization options. I’m using it for custom apparel orders and it gives me a lot of flexibility with product options, file uploads, pricing, and conditional logic. Their customer support has also been very helpful and responsive while I was setting everything up.
