We've had a great experience with Easify. The app was very easy to set up and configure, and it does exactly what we needed. Their customer support is excellent as well—whenever we've had a question, the chat support team has been quick to respond and very helpful in resolving issues. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a simple, reliable solution.
Lucy went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was facing. She took the time to fully understand the problem and patiently guided me through the solution step by step until everything was resolved. Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I can't thank her enough for all her support. I have to say that the support with this app is amazing. I had a problem today trying to offer mutiple pricing options and Lucy was so patient with me and fixed everything and explained what she was doing so that I could also learn at the same time. I would absolutely recommend this app if you are looking to offer personalisation on your products.
Awesome service, really fast and solution oriented
I find the app helpful with my print business in gathering customer files. There was an issue with the app loading on collection pages instead of products only, but Lucy and the team were super helpful in fixing the issues so that the pages can load correctly and quickly. Very grateful for their help.

Great app, does what I need without costing me. Looks great and love the customization. I use it for an additional description box and a drop down for another product. I had some issues with it re-rendering but Anne and the team were able to solve it super fast, and on a Friday evening! Highly recommend.
So impressed with how efficient the support is. So far the app looks to be very easy to use once you know how to navigate it - a few features that need some polishing but I think as I upgrade these features get better. For the standard plan even on a budget i think its fantastic for small business.

Its a really great app, and the customer support was there when i needed them, Gavin was great and helped me through the whole process, Cant recommend it enough.
I only have the free version but looking to upgrade at some point. I had an issue with the products not showing in trial themes I was testing and Anne was extremely helpful and even sent me a video on how to do it :-) Thank you Anne
Does not work as advertised. Inputs do not modify the cost of an item in the cart. just get chatgpt or Claude to custom code something it takes a few hours to replace this... customer service is horrible

Great app and excellent support. We had an issue with TPO keys showing in the cart on our Shopify store, and Anne from the Easify team was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. She followed up, coordinated with the technical team, and the issue was fixed successfully. Everything is now working correctly on our end. We really appreciate Anne’s support and the quick resolution.
The team is hard working and although i had some issues on how i was using the app, the support team handled it and helped fix the issue.
