Had a lovely experience talking to Millenni ! I have been running ads on my own on meta for sometime and had a lot of questions around it. I'm new to this app and to Meta ads, and I'm currently on the free trial, so it might be a little early for a full review. However, I'm already extremely impressed with how quickly I was able to set up my campaign. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Most importantly, the support team—especially Ouissal—has been incredibly responsive and helpful, literally guiding me step-by-step. Ouissal provided valuable tips on ad targeting, setting a daily budget, and even reviewed my campaign before it went live. For a beginner like me, this level of support truly makes a difference and gives me the confidence to fully explore what this app has to offer. I’m excited to see how my ads will perform!

I've had to contact their support a few times to get everything setup the way I wanted and get the license applied. Overall, support has been very helpful, even with the time difference. I'm able to leave a message after hours when needed. I appreciate the ease of use and I've already experienced positive results (sales!). I can't wait to see how this will help over time. I highly recommend getting the plan for up to 10 funnels.

Customer support is Really Fast and Helpful, Especially Millenni help me to set up the Funnel correctly. Later will give another review regards the results.

Customer service contacted us to provide assistance in setting up our advertisements and to resolve the issue with the tracker. Ouissal has been extremely helpful; she took the time to have a call with me, which was appreciated. We are optimistic about the performance of the ads and hope to achieve success with easy ads.

I installed the app, the support is so slow that even after 24 hours there was an error where I was not able to publish my campaign but I got no help or replies from them. now I am getting charged even when I didn't use the app as it didn't work. awaiting my refund. I request the developer to please improve service and refund any amount of clients such as us.

Customer service is amazing you csn chat with them anytime and they can help you. We havent got much sales yet but they keep making changes so we can achieve goals. Will update the reviews once stsrt getting consistent sales as well.

Je viens tout juste de commencer à utiliser l’application, et même si je n’ai pas encore généré de ventes, l’installation a été simple et rapide. Customer support is amazing Mellenni Helped me alot to make funnel alot better She takes her time and explains every reason behind changes; even further, she helped me make those changes most important as currently we are running 4 funnels. She takes her time to customise audience according to product Amazing support.

The first step to connect to Facebook doesn't work, the software is very poor.
