I've used this app on two different stores. My first store did 12k in sales, and this new store I'm working on has just started. I struggled on the previous store and wasn't sure what i was doing but never thought to contact support. Spoke to Milenni from support this time around and she was super supportive. Gave me some suggestions i never thought of and I'm excited to see the improvements!

We installed Easy Ads twice and used it for around 2 months and 1 month separately, but the results were disappointing – ROAS stayed below 0.50. When we run ads directly on Meta, we consistently get a minimum of 2 ROAS. The support team also didn’t provide a clear plan to improve performance

I just installed the product about an hour ago and quickly launched a comprehensive Facebook campaign within minutes. I had a few early questions about the installation process and the support team was very prompt in responding. After launching the first campaign the support team took time to review the campaign settings for optimum performance - was much appreciated.

Had a lovely experience talking to Millenni ! I have been running ads on my own on meta for sometime and had a lot of questions around it. I'm new to this app and to Meta ads, and I'm currently on the free trial, so it might be a little early for a full review. Works well for us. Support team has always been helpful and resolution oriented. Most recent interaction with Ouissal from their team was no exception. She sorted us out with an issue with Meta in a precise and effective manner.

I've had to contact their support a few times to get everything setup the way I wanted and get the license applied. Overall, support has been very helpful, even with the time difference. I'm able to leave a message after hours when needed. I appreciate the ease of use and I've already experienced positive results (sales!). I can't wait to see how this will help over time. I highly recommend getting the plan for up to 10 funnels.
