Using Easyship to ship our product to customers is very convenient. It is easy to choose which carriers and compare rates. Support team has been very helpful and easy to work with.

Shipping correctly includes many challenges. Easyship and Shopify both provide excellent assistance - starting when the customer places an order, then all the way to delivery of the package. The HELP department is especially thorough, diligent, and friendly.

I don't ship a lot yet so I'm on the lowest plan. But it's great for what I need. Shipping rates are easy to compare. It definitely saves a lot of time and money.

Alandra and Daniel were fantastic went above and beyond to make sure everything with our orders, labels, planning and shipment looked correct and how we planned. It took alot of the stress out of the process and gave peace and mind that what we were sending, was done correctly Fingers crossed all goes through to our customers ok! Thank you for all your help once again

Horrible customer support!! Long response times and impossible to get help, EVEN if they screw up. Actively looking for other options!

If I could leave no stars, I would. I was advised I can only use a credit card or american express to use this platform, not my card I use for EVERYTHING to do with my business.

So far, I can't describe my happiness today in downloading the app and working on it. The process is easy, but it takes time, which is very necessary to ensure everything is good and running smoothly. The technical support team is very helpful, wonderful, and extremely patient with customers like me who ask a lot of questions about everything. The service is great and easy to use, and it requires someone serious to work in a simpler and faster way, especially for stores that ship a lot and everywhere. I sincerely thank you. So far, I am satisfied with the performance, but I will wait to experience the shipping, the workflow, and the way boxes are shipped and reach customers to be honest in my full evaluation. Their assistance is also excellent; they are quick to respond and solve any problem I encounter or question I have. Thank you.

The expectation was integrated prices at shipping with accurate duties and good shipping prices. Integration seems to be really good! BUT, the shipping prices are literally more expensive than I can find anywhere and the platform cannot figure out how to accurately represent our duties and taxes. For example, our product is USMCA compliant and has a beneficial HTS code, which has our US tariff rate at $0, but Easyship is trying to charge our US customers $72 extra. The additional paperwork and time to sort this out, makes using this platform a complete waste of time. If you are able to get competitive shipping prices and fix the duties, I'd give this 5 stars for sure!

Very disappointed with the service throughout. Their customer service is a mix of AI bots and staff who clearly don't want to provide any useful information. For example, we had an issue in regards to DDP on our site and EasyShip suggested we have a call to walk through it. Not only did their booking system not work, but we later realised that the 'person' we were talking with was just giving AI answers time and time again without ever helping us solve the problem. Whilst the concept of the app could be useful for many, unfortunately we can't recommend it at all. Especially given the experience we've had trying to put through an insurance claim from September. The Claim: Whilst EasyShip were not the ones who caused the damage to the valuable product (that was UPS), they provide no information on their dashboard about how the insurance claim is progressing and when emailed directly they simply say "...there are multiple parties involved, including the courier and internal claims team.". Whilst I can understand that these things take time, particularly a high value item like we had, the fact that we've been left in the dark for months is ludicrous. Furthermore, 3 weeks ago they informed us that the claim was now with their insurance team after UPS had conducted their investigation. EasyShip sent us this email: "Please note that the Insurance team is the final authority for processing the claim. They will reach out to you directly for any further communication or updates. As such, we will proceed to close this thread from our side. Should you need any assistance in the future, feel free to reach out." At no point did they provide any contact details for the insurance team even after multiple requests for more information, and 3 weeks later we still do not know the status of the claim having not been contacted by anyone at EasyShip. It's been 2 months since the original submission for the claim and we still don't know the situation. Disappointed with the service throughout.
