Very disappointed with the service throughout. Their customer service is a mix of AI bots and staff who clearly don't want to provide any useful information. For example, we had an issue in regards to DDP on our site and EasyShip suggested we have a call to walk through it. Not only did their booking system not work, but we later realised that the 'person' we were talking with was just giving AI answers time and time again without ever helping us solve the problem. Whilst the concept of the app could be useful for many, unfortunately we can't recommend it at all. Especially given the experience we've had trying to put through an insurance claim from September. The Claim: Whilst EasyShip were not the ones who caused the damage to the valuable product (that was UPS), they provide no information on their dashboard about how the insurance claim is progressing and when emailed directly they simply say "...there are multiple parties involved, including the courier and internal claims team.". Whilst I can understand that these things take time, particularly a high value item like we had, the fact that we've been left in the dark for months is ludicrous. Furthermore, 3 weeks ago they informed us that the claim was now with their insurance team after UPS had conducted their investigation. EasyShip sent us this email: "Please note that the Insurance team is the final authority for processing the claim. They will reach out to you directly for any further communication or updates. As such, we will proceed to close this thread from our side. Should you need any assistance in the future, feel free to reach out." At no point did they provide any contact details for the insurance team even after multiple requests for more information, and 3 weeks later we still do not know the status of the claim having not been contacted by anyone at EasyShip. It's been 2 months since the original submission for the claim and we still don't know the situation. Disappointed with the service throughout.

Bas customer service. I used to love this app, changed the game for my canadian business shipping mostly to the US. I spent thousands of dollars in shipping labels in the past year but unfortunalty they expereienced some issues with their UPS account. From what I understand the account was blocked. I had a similar issue in the past with Shippo (another thirdparty) and they solved the issue in 1h. I reached out almost everyday to easyship's customer service and they keed telling me that they will escalate this (to whom idk). I can't use my account anymore and they won't help me solve this.

The information about this software is largely misleading. After purchasing a paid plan, you still need to create separate accounts with courier companies. The prices are higher than the actual carrier rates. They charge your account quickly, though you can later access the payment receipt from the billing section. The subscription cannot be canceled directly — it must be done through a support ticket. Overall, my experience with this software was not satisfactory.

If zero stars were possible, Easyship would earn it. U.S. customs changes are always announced months in advance, yet nothing is ever updated in the platform to handle USMCA compliance or prevent unjustified tariffs. As a result, our fully compliant Canadian products are charged duties anyway — forcing us to absorb part of the cost just to stay fair to our customers. When a single fulfillment team member couldn’t pass the in-app ID verification, the entire business account was disabled for 24–48 hours. That meant no shipping, no fulfillment — everything on hold. Customer “support” is another disaster. Every interaction ends with someone who can’t actually resolve issues, and when they do act, it’s without any understanding of how real businesses operate. One rep even “fixed” a carrier error by delaying our pickup three days without telling us — and called that a solution. Only thing they are good at is giving apologies... Run! Don’t get involved or subscribe to Easyship. There’s nothing “easy” about it — and it’s certainly not built for serious shippers or fulfillment-driven businesses.

Terrible company, do not use. Purchased one label, fine. Second label, blocked my payment 5 times, then took my money, then blocked my account, then asked me to verify my identity. Then the customer service rep said they wouldn’t unblock it unless I answered questions about my shipping volume and website, then they approved me when I asked to file a complaint. Useless. Beware.

Terrible service, I have used it for a while but there is ONE carrier they have keep giving me hard time for international orders. It had me lost at least 10 packages in the past. I stopped used it but forgot to cancel the subscription only 3 days over, they refused to refund me. I have lost way more than that with this shipping company. Dont recommended.

Never use this app. UPS will not deliver your packages to your customers. Instead, they will leave them at a pickup location without notifying the customer or us. Then, they return the package without warning. You lose the sale, you lose the cost of shipping, you lose the customer, and that’s not even the worst part. You will also be charged up to €21 extra per returned package. This is absolutely unacceptable and unethical. Avoid at all costs.

EasyShip is not capable of shipping orders that cannot fit into 1 box. If the order needs to go into 2 boxes or more, the platform cannot handle it correctly.

AWFUL! I have had constant glitches and I've used them for 3 years. None of my claims get approved anymore unless I pay extra for insurance. They clog up your email with an unnecessary update for every claim until it's completed. Support is not great. I don't know of any great alternatives otherwise I'd move in a heartbeat.

I’m writing this review as a warning to other Shopify store owners who may be considering Easyship. My experience has been frustrating and costly—and I want to make sure others fully understand what they’re signing up for. **1. Nonexistent Technical Support** When I encountered issues with shipments, I received nothing but canned apologies and zero real help. There is no technical support when you actually need it. Reaching someone who can resolve issues in a timely manner is nearly impossible. This is unacceptable for a platform that claims to support e-commerce businesses. **2. Unreliable Service = Disrupted Operations** Shipping is the backbone of any online store, and with Easyship, my operations were disrupted repeatedly. I had shipments pending with no clarity, and no one followed up to resolve the issues. For a service that markets itself as a logistics solution, this is a serious failure. **3. No Accountability or Action** I received plenty of apologies, but apologies don’t fix broken processes. I needed action, and it never came. My business cannot afford delays and miscommunication when it comes to order fulfillment. **4. Refund and Cancellation Issues** I’ve requested a full cancellation of my annual subscription and a refund—not just for the subscription, but also for the cancelled shipments that are still pending. I expect this to be processed without further delay. I’ve lost both time and money due to this platform. --- ### Final Word: I Do Not Recommend If you’re serious about your business and need a dependable shipping solution with actual support, **look elsewhere**. Easyship failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations. I’m not happy, and I’m sharing this review so other entrepreneurs don’t fall into the same trap. After my disappointing experience with Easyship, I’ve made the switch to NetParcel, a Canadian-based shipping platform. So far, installation has been seamless, and everything is based out of Shopify. No need to leave Shopify to create labels.

Paid for the premium subscription to add multiple couriers. They failed to integrate the additional couriers correctly, which meant labels couldn't be generated. Spoke to customer service over 4 weeks, who failed to check the integration and resolve the issue. The result, paying £80 a month for a shipping label provider than can't provide labels. Poor.

I like the platform - but very frustrating dealing with them. Buyer beware - save yourself some and explore other options as well. Service is a frustrating process, especially that the service is located in India, seems to cause issues with time zones when we needed support, as emails or chats are not responded to until sometime later. When you do get support, it is nothing more than an email linking to a generic article or a video - which does not cover the issue or resolve your problem. UPS Billing is an issue, now rates increased, or not available as before, plus additional booking and pick-up fees, which do not show up until you have to ship, which was a nasty surprise. The onboarding team and support team also not on the same page, when onboarding and sale is made, some functions work, then afterward when this does not, support would say that this function never existed or API problems... Can be a great product, just hope they sort this out. Time will tell but shop around.

Terrible and scandalous. They will charge you far more than quoted, bring you some charges from weeks ago, topping up the charges you already paid. They will charge your card without telling you. Watch out for hundreds of pounds charges put on your card. Always blaming the couriers for their additional charges due to weight checks etc. The app works fine but their practices are scandalous.

I worked late last night until about 12 am and signed up for a trial account with them before going to sleep. During registration, I filled in my details, including our business address in Australia and my mobile number. Their team called just a few minutes after I signed up around midnight, which made my dog bark loudly and woke up my baby, who cried for hours. It was ridiculous since they didn’t even check the time zone before calling.

Your pricing model is insane. $70 for multi box shipment, and you STILL charge per label for bring my own carrier? The integration still failed as well. I tried to close my account that was created 30 minutes ago and got a message about "outstanding balance". I never shipped anything, just started the "free trial", what balance??

I would definiely recommend not to use. They charge you for basic features other softwares offer for free. They incentivize you with a 30$ credit if you connect your shopify store but you don't actually receive the credit. Support is literally non-existent. Sent 3 messages only got 1 reply 3 days later.
