Not a good experience. Signed up, for the top plan, explained everything to their sales team that we wanted a turn key solution. Didn't care how much the cost was. After signup, It started off good, but then payouts didn't match up to the bank feed. After spending 45 days on it wasting many hours, with online screen shares, they had to keep going back to their engineers because something was not correct. Finally, I found Acuity through A2x software, and they said the same thing. They are constantly moving customers from webgility because their software does not work. We also spend an additional $200 with webgility to take care of the entire setup. At the end, they stuck us for $680 and we were never able to import any transactions into quickbooks online. They said they don't refund. So make sure you have money to waste if you plan on signing up. They keep saying they want to try it again and they fixed the problem, etc. We have moved on to a2x and it is working great! Setup was 1 day.

Prerit was very helpful in getting me onboarded to Webgility and assisting me in ensuring Quickbooks transactions were getting downloaded correctly. He took the time to understand my needs and structured the onboarding session accordingly. He even upsold me on the next level of Webgility Pro as he was configuring my business on webgility. Prerit was wonderful and I have access to unlimited onboarding and training sessions so I will be requesting to see him again because I enjoy our time and I am learning how to run my business so so so much better because of his training! I love webgility so far. It is making my life so much easier.

Fantastic app! The onboarding was very smooth thanks to Prerit. There are some gaps with how Shopify B2B works and Webgility is filling those gaps wonderfully.

This was a very good experience. Prerit is excellent at his job. He was very informitive, pleasant to work with and listened to our concerns. We had a few special request in how we connected Shopify with Quickbooks. He was able to work out the details so they interact seamlessly.

Very nice man helped me with an issue we were having and was able to fix it it not time. Very helpful and kind getting everything set up to or QuickBooks account and making it easy to set up any future meetings that might I might need. 10/10
