Easy to use app. Getting support while setting up was super quick and pain free. A real person answered right away and solved my issue immediately.
I've been using EcomSend Pop Ups and Email Popups for a few months now, and overall, I've found the platform to be user-friendly. The interface is intuitive, and setting up popups is a straightforward process. The features provided, such as trigger conditions and A/B testing, have been effective in optimizing our conversion rates. However, I did encounter a few issues, and the customer support team was responsive and helped resolve them promptly. In terms of performance, we've seen a noticeable improvement in engagement and conversions since implementing these popups. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add more templates for design customization.
