Great app and excellent customer service. It's easy to setup this app within literally minutes, seamless integration and second to none lightening FAST customer service response....what's not to like! It does exactly what it's suppose to do, which is to convert does pesky hesitant site visitors into paying customers! It works! Install this app with confidence.

Easy to use app. Getting support while setting up was super quick and pain free. A real person answered right away and solved my issue immediately.

I've been using EcomSend Pop Ups and Email Popups for a few months now, and overall, I've found the platform to be user-friendly. The interface is intuitive, and setting up popups is a straightforward process. The features provided, such as trigger conditions and A/B testing, have been effective in optimizing our conversion rates. However, I did encounter a few issues, and the customer support team was responsive and helped resolve them promptly. In terms of performance, we've seen a noticeable improvement in engagement and conversions since implementing these popups. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add more templates for design customization. Despite this, my overall experience has been positive, and I would recommend EcomSend for those looking to enhance their website's user engagement.
