i just installed the app, I will update if I have any issues. So far so good, Mig, one of their customer reps, helped me understand a little more about their privacy settings and how to use the app. I was pleased to know that they do not collect or sell my customer information for a free app. i will deff be looking into some other apps they offer.

I had previously installed a different popup app which gave me no end of trouble. EcomSend is perfect. Very simple to use - even for someone like me with limited experience - and great support on hand on the chat. HIghly recommend. Thank you.

Elly helped me today. The only problem with the service is that when I set this up a while ago no one told me I had to set up an email in my shopify account. So, now I have subscribers and they weren't sent an email and I have to figure out how to do that now. Thanks for the help today from Elly I am all set up.
