This is a great app. Creates professional looking customized emails easily and works great with Shopify to print out orders. Their support is also top notch. I had an issue that needed a little additional coding and they took care of it for me quickly. Highly recommend!

This is really good App store to customize emails and we have bought it for both of our online stores. We met a problem when purchase the theme for our second store , so messaged their online help, and they understand our question precisely and helped fast. The customer service is fantastic and reply message super fast and offers great help to us. Thanks again.

Great experience with using OrderlyEmails. The support is really great and we're very pleased with the results. They also update the templates occasionally based on changes done by Shopify which is helpful.

Very nice email templates and clear instructions on how to use it for Shopify. I would definitely recommend this app, especially if you would like professional emails to be sent to customers. Customer service is quick and friendly.

I really love the orderly e-mail templates. They make your e-mails look instantly professional and have plenty of room to customize to your brand's wishes. Next to that the customer support is outstanding! The team reacts fast and really thinks along with you. I can highly recommend Orderly for every business.

I have had this app for a couple of years. I use a few of their apps. Making changes is very difficult. I have sent one message via Shopify and one email directly to them with no response. Other reviews say "No coding", that's wrong. Trying to make adjustments now, and it's very difficult. I will star looking for other options for all of their apps unfortunately.

I've used this app in many other ecommerce businesses and I continually seek it out when starting a new business as their templates are just so freaking good! It's super simple and easy to pick a template, customize the content and install each one in Shopify, all with zero coding required. If you're looking for visually appealing email templates, this is the app for you!

I would highly recommend this app. There are tons of customization options, and if you spend enough time, you can create some fantastic email templates! Really easy to export and you can get set up in under one hour. Support is also great. Overall, 10 out of 10.
