eBay Integration ‑ InfoShore

This app is great. Other apps ive tried didnt import variations, this one did. Its fast, clean UI and I'll be using this as my go-to app for importing ebay to shopify. The customer support is fast, friendly and sorted out my small issue very quickly (and the issue was impatience :)) An excellent app.

Absolutely effortless Ebay integration. I've been through many apps, and didn't have time nor knowledge on how to integrate all products correctly and they were not published for months as I honestly didn't have time to go through each error. The agent - Pankaj - made it so effortless and integrated all my products in less than 30min without me doing anything! Love it!

We chose this eBay integration app because of other's reviews and this Infoshore app also seemed to do exactly what we wanted in a way that we could understand (no AI and not too many extras that we will never use). And we are VERY pleased we did - the support and communication from Pankaj and team has been second to none! We are a small Australian company and needed some time to tidy up our eBay store and get rid of our old ecommerce platform and they were patient, supportive and understanding. When we were ready to migrate they have been professional and their communication is always so prompt and accurate and efficient. They are a pleasure to deal with and have made/are making this migration so much easier for us to manage. This prompt personalised service is rare these days and we do appreciate it.

Great APP, good support, Working with them a few years

Was great at first, until after the import when they delisted my entire ebay store and changed the data so I have to now go through each listing one by one and fix them and relist them. What a joke

Customer service is very responsive and professional. We had questions and were able to get answers right away. The tool helped us duplicate many listings from eBay to Shopify, including the photos.

Transferring products from Shopify to eBay was quick and easy. The app is a great tool for setting up an eBay shop, especially if you have many products. Synchronization of data after orders via eBay also works flawlessly. We had to pay €60 for a small custom code, which I think is reasonable. All in all, I can recommend the app and the support.

I’ve been with this app for a year, and only recently did my small team and I realise just how many things they had set up incorrectly. They would say one issue was fixed, but every “fix” created another problem — and they repeatedly asked for more money for tasks they could have resolved with a simple click. Extremely disappointed. I joined expecting my inventory and product data to be handled accurately. Instead, their system created widespread SKU and part‑number mismatches across thousands of products, including brand‑new items their own team added. This led to refunds, incorrect orders, and serious damage to the accuracy of my eBay inventory. My CSV and supplier feed were correct; the errors only appeared after their sync. I now have over 26,000 products that require manual correction because of the changes their system made. Support consistently deflected responsibility and offered only a small partial refund despite the significant impact on my business. I’ve had to escalate the issue to my bank and Shopify. Use with caution.

He helped me set up a custom plan that fits my business needs perfectly. The Auto-Import and Auto-Delete features work flawlessly, keeping my inventory perfectly synced. So glad I found this app. I needed an app that would allow eBay to remain as the master and bring in all my listings (at a discount) to Shopify. This app did just that. And customer support is some of the best ever. Working with Pankaj was great. He helped me through the entire setup. Give this app a try if you want to expand your eBay business to a website! Update after 3 months of use: 10 stars if I could give them! I upgraded to the Gold plan so that description would update along with price and quantity. Seamless to upgrade and immediately my changes were there. Did I mention how great their customer support chat was?
