I had specific requirements when importing from eBay. I did not want to import all of the photos from eBay. Customer support customized the import from eBay only to import the first five photos, which solved the problem. These guys have real customer support, not some bot! The app works well, and they are willing and able to help you make it work for your needs. Highly recommended.

I use this app to import my eBay listings into my Shopify store, and it works great. It's easy to use, and the live chat support is excellent—they respond immediately and answer all my questions clearly. Highly recommended!

Great Customer Service. I just started using the app and its fairly easy for me as I am not so tech savvy person. I used the chat feature and the rep was able to answer my questions and walk me through the process. Using this app will make listing on my Shopify Store 1000 time faster just by simply importing from my Ebay Store.

Have been using this app for a while, and while I'm only importing maybe 30-50 products per month, it's been insanely helpful for my business and how I operate. App is easy to use and support has been helpful when I need them.

Perfect app – all items are updated reliably and within seconds. Customer service is also excellent: the staff are friendly and respond perfectly to individual needs. So far, there hasn’t been a single issue that wasn’t resolved within minutes.

WOW! 5 stars and more if I could leave more... I left Shopify Marketplace Connect to come to this app and it DOES NOT disappoint! I am so extremely pleased with amount of customization that this app can provide. I was struggling with my previous app because there were specific items from vendors that I didn't want synced over to eBay, and that app did not allow for any blocking of items - it was all or nothing. Im so happy I found InfoShore - they have been able to accommodate every need and build out features very quickly. I have worked personally with Pankaj - who is a GEM! I started with the free version and after a week of playing around in their app, quickly upgraded to the silver version. If you're struggling like I was with other apps that have no ability or drive to work with your companies needs, then leave them, and give this app a try. I was also able to use this app and test it out while still using my other app. It became very apparent InfoShore was the way to go. Hope this helps someone else out there!

The customer support team is really on top of their game and fixes issues swiftly, replies fast and generally provides a great experience. The app itself works well.
