We have over 3000 products on ebay, and this tool made it super easy to manage them on shopify with just a few clicks from setup. I have used it for over a year now and any time i have a question they respond to the chat right away. Not an AI bot...a real human being. I love this about them. This app is great. Other apps ive tried didnt import variations, this one did. Its fast, clean UI and I'll be using this as my go-to app for importing ebay to shopify. The customer support is fast, friendly and sorted out my small issue very quickly (and the issue was impatience :)) An excellent app.

Absolutely effortless Ebay integration. I've been through many apps, and didn't have time nor knowledge on how to integrate all products correctly and they were not published for months as I honestly didn't have time to go through each error. We chose this eBay integration app because of other's reviews and this Infoshore app also seemed to do exactly what we wanted in a way that we could understand (no AI and not too many extras that we will never use). And we are VERY pleased we did - the support and communication from Pankaj and team has been second to none! We are a small Australian company and needed some time to tidy up our eBay store and get rid of our old ecommerce platform and they were patient, supportive and understanding. When we were ready to migrate they have been professional and their communication is always so prompt and accurate and efficient. They are a pleasure to deal with and have made/are making this migration so much easier for us to manage. This prompt personalised service is rare these days and we do appreciate it.

Great APP, good support, Working with them a few years

Was great at first, until after the import when they delisted my entire ebay store and changed the data so I have to now go through each listing one by one and fix them and relist them. What a joke
