I have just started with this app and imported my products from Shopify to Ebay. However, some products did not sync correctly and had a size chart displayed as the main picture. Pankaj was extremely helpful and fixed this problem in no time for me! Thank you again!

I have been using this app for a few years now and I love it! It has ran smoothly with importing my items over from ebay (aus) store to my shopify store and keeping the quantities in sync. I always recommend this app to other sellers and shopify store owners. If I ever have any questions support is there to answer my questions quickly. So glad I installed this app. Saves me so much time! Highly recommend.

Have just gotten started with this app over the last week, but already the experience has been fantastic. Pankaj has been phenomenal on the support team and has been available at almost any hour whether through the app chat or the email messaging system (also on the app when chat is closed). Imports and syncing have been simple to set up and with help from Pankaj we were able to configure the dashboard to show what we needed. Superb app and as things stand, would absolutely recommend.

This is the best app out there. It is the only one I have used that allows 2-way sync with tons of customization. Pankaj is amazing. He customized my product import so all of the item specifics were imported to my Shopify listings. It works seamlessly. When I update something on eBay, it syncs quickly to Shopify. When I update something in Shopify it shoots over to eBay. It sounds like a simple concept, but no other app I have tried works besides this one. GREAT job on the app and THANK YOU!

I was amazed at how quickly they resolved my concerns right after installation! I faced several "walls" while trying to sync products from eBay to Shopify, especially with eBay Mag and currency conversion issues, but the support team was incredible.
