So far so good and really helpful service. I have a book store and the data they have helped import through other channels is a great time saver.

Dont waste your time or money, no support responces whatsoever once I paid for the app and then the app would only work occasionally which is not great when setting up a shop.. very poor service indeed

eBay Importer is the best way to get your eBay inventory into another selling platform, and keeps your inventory synced up well between eBay and your additional platform. Whenever I've had questions about the eBay Importer, someone on their team replies within one business day with solutions. The whole team over there has been outstanding with their customer service.

So far the setup has been great getting 2000 plus eBay listings migrated over to Shopify. My rep has been good to work with and is quick in response to my emails requesting changes. Thanks Pankaj

Works as intended. However, would be nice, if one could search for specific SKU's. Right now, only the article number is shown as SKU.

Exceptionally fast customer response times, and required outcome all turned around within 4 hours, and could have been faster probably if I had replied more quickly. App (eBay import of products) seems to work really well.

Excellent support! Helps us in integration and customization of all our needs. App works very well so far. We have 3000 listings on ebay, which we import in shopify online shop. Recommend!!!!

Great service, and works well. Customer support is fast and they have helped me with customization in our synchronization. We have over 2000 listings and it's working great. It was a little bumpy at the very start a year or so ago, but the bugs seem to be all worked out. Recommend!

Excellent product. Makes uploading from ebay a doddle-without it the process takes hours!

It works when it feels like working. It crashes a lot when sorting through import files, and sometimes it just logs me out without letting me back in through the app, so I have to restart it every time to get back in.

App did not work .. only imported 5 items out of 15000 .. I though with paying for app that I will get items imported faster.. it came up totally different pricing and different than advertised. So I closed the account and uninstalled the app within a day. sent emails many times to support with dead end.. they won't help and telling lies that they already refunded the payment which is not true. total scammers trying to keep your money even you did not use the app.

An essential application for anyone with an eBay catalog looking to synchronize it with Shopify. The support is fabulous, always ready to assist you with any need! I find it super! I couldn't do without it!!!!!!
