La aplicación es buenisima, de mucha ayuda para dar una estimación de entrega diaria y si tienes algún problema configurandola el servicio al cliente responde super rápido, casi al instante.

Cambio mi reseña porque después de que me arreglaran el fallo me vinieron mas fallos y de momento no me han solucionado nada han pasado 2 semanas y pasaron de mi he vuelto a contactar con ellos a ver si me solucionan el problema.

the app was everything i was looking for: unfortunately, i had problems when someone add something to the chart and then buys it on the next da: the estimated delivery date does NOT update to thepurchase date but it remains the same of when i added to chart. i tried to contact the assistance several times, but got no answer! I'm going to delete it

We understand how frustrating it must have been to see the estimated delivery date not update after purchase. This behavior is currently how the app is designed—the ETA shown in the cart remains based on when the item was added, not when the order is completed. We recommend removing and re-adding the product to refresh the ETA, and we understand this isn't ideal. Improving this feature is already part of our development plans. Regarding your attempts to reach support, we’ve checked our records and unfortunately couldn’t find any message from your end. We're really sorry if something went wrong on our side and you felt unheard. Your feedback is very important to us, and we’re grateful you took the time to share it. When a product is out of stock we use an app with notify me. However, this app: EDDer: Estimated Delivery Date, is still giving the text, it will be delivered within the given date in the backend. I have asked support, they say we look into that, then they were not abale to respond, then we we are 10 days later, still no respons. Very bad.
