This App has potential but we had quite a few problems initially, which really frustrated us. However they did rectify those issues eventually, which was great! However the delivery information suddenly stopped showing on our site for no apparent reason. We sent many emails (over the period of one week) to highlight the problem but there has been no response to date. This is appalling customer service and we are VERY disappointed. This wasted our precious time and caused problems for our business, so we just deleted the App. and found a new one!!

We rechecked the ticket and found that some were sent to a wrong box. And the custom code configuration for the theme will be recovered by the Shopify limit. You can restart it with a simple step. Sorry we didn't inform this. Thanks once again for the feedback, and I hope you'll consider trying the app again. Great app but what is even greater than the app itself is the customer service. It's hard to find an efficient and fast one but ETA is really amazing for that. Thank you guys you're the best !!!

Endless problems with this app. The dates are totally incorrect (even though set up correctly), some products with the same ETA date configuration show differently or the ETA dates are missing entirely. Support responds once and then not again.

It is working as claimed. The feature and placement is the best (to me) among all similar apps. Can I ask for 3 features? 1. Have a separate date for warehouse: Mon to Fri & courier service (Mon to Sat) as we outsource our shipping. 2. Able to add public holiday where nobody is working. 3. Hide it for certain product such as gift card as we don't track inventory and it's a virtual product. It will be more than a 5-start if these 3 features are added in.
