I’ve had a very poor experience with this app. The cookie banner previously stopped working on my store for over two weeks without me being aware, leaving my site effectively operating without proper GDPR consent in key markets and breaking conversion attribution for my ads. Support eventually acknowledged the issue after I had to compile extensive evidence myself. I was told I would receive refunds and lifetime free access, yet I later discovered I had still been charged for months afterwards. Most recently, the banner has stopped showing again and appears to be marking all visitors as declined, which completely breaks conversion tracking. For an app that is supposed to handle compliance and consent management, reliability is absolutely critical. Unfortunately my experience has been the opposite.

after having installed the app my view count was not anymore accurate with a drop of 70% and also sells dropped 80% in one day. after deleting the app still I cannot fix this issue

It breaks your entire website for Windows 7 - Google Chrome Users. Do NOT use. And when tech support supposedly "fixes" it, they don't tell you they left the banner on. So you might lose a bunch of your traffic without knowing. Utterly ancceptable.

The cookie bar is not displayed on my website, no matter how I edit the settings....................
