IT's not my favorite because you have to set up your evnt and then set up a product in Shopify, Has to be an easier way.

Editing my review Apparently events are still available for purchase after event date has past. Evey thinks its totally acceptable that busy small businesses have to go and check "draft" after each event (we have about 8 a month) so customers cant then find and purchase just floating events that arent connected to any date. This is a fundamental flaw in an event platform. Once an event date is in the past, the event is over, and should be neither visible nor available for purchase. I'm being gaslit into believing this is acceptable, but its just bad design. This app started off pretty decent, but experiencing glitchy things with recurring events, times posted, visibility in the app - and now this. I hope they will fix this flaw.
we really liked the integration into Shopify, but found the set up clunky and were not able to integrate a easy checkbox with a link to our terms and conditions which is forcing us to look at different solutions.

We're glad the Shopify integration was a good fit, and while we did our best to offer a workaround for the terms and conditions checkbox, we understand it didn’t suit your needs. This app WAS good... until now. They have implemented a change that forces a filter by month - if we don't have an event on in the current month, it just shows as 'no results' and looks as though we have nothing upcoming. The filter isn't obvious to customers - we've noticed a large drop in bookings, and been given overwhelming feedback by customers that it's not user friendly, having to go month by month until they find what they're looking for. SO so disappointed... with no plans to change it, we'll be looking for an alternative.

The previous behavior was unintended, and we've since adjusted it to better match the expected functionality for most users. 2026.06 New update: For my small events (under a 100 tickets) this app works well however I just went through my two biggest events of the year (450 and 650) people and the apps just kept signing me out. There is no way on mobile to get quick help so I emailed and their AI auto closed my request. 2 days later someone reaches out to me which is utterly useless - I pay them thousands and thousands of dollars a year but when I have a big event their check-in apps failed by constantly logging out. Delayed out event start by 40 minutes. Wouldn't recommend this app for any larger event and I will be looking for a new ticketing provider.
Hi there - thanks for taking the time to write this, and share detail. Although it is gutting for us to hear how much trouble you had, we appreciate the time you took to write it. The issues you experienced are not in line with the support we provide (just read our other reviews, we really pride ourselves in our service and product). We will continue to work with you to ensure this doesn't happen again! July 11 update: We've chatted with this merchant and are working super hard to help him. Also, we like him a lot as a person and want him to be our friend. :)
