I love this app for creating professional workshop registration listings! It's easy to use! And best of all, if you need help, Mark, the developer, is super fast to respond! I have tried a couple other apps for workshop registration and none of them were as easy to use or looked a good. I highly recommend this app!

The Experiences App fits perfectly into our website and helps us to manage our activities 'in house', some other apps have people leaving your website to book. The support is amazing and they listen to you, even to us small businesses :))

We at Boketto Club have been using the Experiences App to list and share a portfolio of meaningful experiences with teams around the world. The Experiences App is helping us to make the hybrid work environment more social and human - something that's touching the lives of people everyday. The functionality and flexibility of the Experiences App is what brought us to Shopify. Before looking into Shopify, we looked at the Experiences App because we aren't selling things but moments. Additionally, with it's strong integration with Shopify, it's helped the retail platform enter the experience economy. We see an incredible amount of growth in this industry and glad we are helping Shopify make that entrance through the Experiences App. The main pinpoint Experiences App solved for us was the ability to create a bespoke activity management solution with the power of e-commerce that Shopify brings. Other solutions in the market are simple ticketing and booking software solutions which are good for either events held on specific date/time or appointment management systems. The Experiences App allows you to list experiences that empowers the consumer to browse, compare and either pre-pay, reserve or enquire about an experience. This, while giving the organisers the back-end needed to handle complex bookings. Additionally, Mark and Chip from the Experiences App have been personally encouraging and supportive of our venture. They helped us code our brand attributes and offered one-to-one guidance on how we can make more use of the Experiences App. We are happy to be contacted for any additional information you may require on how Experiences App is becoming a core solution for us.

I've been really happy with Experiences for my class registrations. There've been hiccups as there would be with literally any technology, and every time I've had a question or issue, they've been super quick and gotten me back on track. At times, the app was not integrating with my theme correctly, and they popped in and fixed it. Other times, I needed to modify things as I learned about my needs and they were so helpful! This is an adaptable app with a friendly and helpful team- highly recommend!

Great app, especially great value. Our museum uses it to schedule all of our tours, shows, lectures and limited capacity events. The app is simple to use and any time we've had a new need or issue they have found a way to work it out. They'd get 5 stars from us for service alone, but the app works great too.

Just getting things setup but as far as I can tell it will meet our needs. Chip was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. He even made a quick video walk through, specific to my question. Great customer interaction and support.

Great potential with this app but MANY regular glitches that requires tech support. Seems unfinished.
I'm glad we were able to troubleshoot your issue and help you solve it! After reviewing our successful support thread with you, it looks like a third-party app that βunpublishesβ products by deleting them and βrepublishesβ them by creating new ones and that seems to have created some problems. Glad to still have you on board! β°(βαβ)β―

After looking through about 10 different apps experience has got to be the cleanest one I've found for managing my bookings. It has all the features I need and easy to set up. I did find a small bug with my theme and the app not agreeing (I don't understand why) but Chip on the live chat was really quick to fix it all. Excellent app and even better customer service. Our organization uses this app to allow customers the option to pre-book their tickets and for us to manage the numbers of guests we have per day. This has been crucial to our busy tourism season and allowing us to open safely to the public during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Experiences App team provides fast responses to our questions and helped our Online store be a success.

As a newer user - we implemented Experiences to book clients into our dog park. The app functions well for booking, and is easy to use - so if you are looking for a basic program, this works. However the customer service since passing the Trial Day has been nilch. All support tickets go unanswered and when waiting on their online chat, it just lingers. I have yet to get a response on implementing links on the description, ability to use simple things such as BOLD or UNDERLINE. Will be looking to book Tip or Sesami instead due to their customer service reviews. I just think it is distasteful that Customer Service was soooo good during our Trial time, which gave false expectations.
I'm really sorry we dropped the ball on this. It looks like we left your inquiry open for 3 days while we were investigating an issue with why our editor is stripping out some HTML. We should have gotten back to you faster with a progress check-in. We definitely don't prioritize customer service only during the software trial period. Our mission is to support our customer's businesses consistently and provide the best support we possibly can, all the time. We wish you great success with your business and hope that you find a solution that works for you.

I use this app to manage classes for my custom candle making store. The app easily allows customers to book on my website or over the phone. The app has many functions such as storing customer information and allowing me to transfer existing reservations to other class times. The experience staff always responds very quickly and helps me with any questions I have. I have had nothing but positive experience with this app and continue to use it to build my brand!

I use this app on Big Bear Gear to create and schedule all of our outdoor events and classes. It has made it very easy for us to add classes and register and manage attendees all on one Shopify platform. I highly recommend it.

I used this app to help my customers book art workshops. I have tried all the apps, and was about to leave Shopify, until I found Experinces. Their first version of the app wasn't perfect. But the new update made me change my mind and it's just the BEST BOOKING APP for workshops. Thank you! Keep up the good work!
