Good so far, but Im having problems actually getting this chat to show on my page. It just does not show? how can I enable it?

Love this app, I tried the normal FB messenger integration method but it looked ugly and I couldn't customize it like I could with this app.

Needed a messenger app and Shopify said this was popular so trying this out. Really love to be able to chat instantly to our customers.

Great app, great customer support. I prefer talking one-on-one with my customers so I was interested in switching from a chat bot to a live chat. I tried out this app because it uses Facebook Messenger which almost everyone (including myself) in my target market uses. It seamlessly links with Messenger and Shopify Inbox and makes chatting and following up with customers super easy. The support team offers a variety of contact options and is extremely responsive.

Best support! They reply quick and help you with all kind of cases. Highly recommend it. Just the Facebook FAQ sync is not 100% working, but this seems to be an issue on the Facebook side (not related to the app) :)

This application provides me with a very convenient chat function. I no longer need to use the traditional mailbox to communicate with customers, and I have to wait for several days.

Very helpful & friendly customer service! I had a few issues getting set up because I was using Zipify pages, but the support team had it resolved quickly. There are some minor limitations, but those are mostly because of Facebook's settings & controls.
