Simple smart messenger chat app, I am already using on another store. When initiating a chat, the user stays on the store, which to me is a must. NB: If your page does not show to connect, when installing, there's a little instruction, and its easy peasy. I recommend for design usability and simplicity.

well, i had a customer say that this plugin didn't work for them, so removed it and installed the original FB plugin. That still didn't work for the customer and it seems that it was nothing to do with this chat system at all! This plugin has much better customisation features than the FB original, so this wins, easily!

I tried other app and it did not work and the support was very poor also. I found this app and once installed it works perfectly and easy to install too !

I really thought this would be a great app but unfortunately it wasn't. I asked for the pop up not to be shown and it shows up on every page of website. I cleared my caches more than once and it still showed up. Very annoying.
We are sorry for the error. Our app has a conflict with the current Facebook updated version. Please contact us if you have any questions Kind regards

This app is nice, I love it. all you need for FB chat support on your website. easy to install and setup.

It could be better if we can control when we wanted the chat box to pop up. Popping Up right-away when customer goes to the page just disrupt the purchasing process. And if it does not pop up, customer might not know there is a messenger. We want customer to focus on our products first before showing them there's a messenger here to help. This can be easily fix with a timer setting on when to pop up the question. I hope my feedback can help you guys. Leaving the 1 star so that you guys can be BETTER. Thanks for this Free App and Good Job!

This app has helped me to guide customers. If any customer is confused, all i need to do is guide them to the checkout proces. and it is very easy to use, it integrates well with messenger

Seamless integration, looks great and seems to be working perfectly. A couple more customization options would be great but definitely no complaints so far!
