Facebook & Instagram

After months of trying to connect I'm still unable to connect the new facebook channel. Tried everything that people recommend on the internet but nothing works. Facebook Shop and instagram connection worked perfect before. Some changes need to be made soon or I will switch to Lightspeed, like many others did with this issue. We are losing so much sales because of this issue. Also both the support from Shopify and Facebook are below standard, both pointing at each other and uncapable to find a solution. They even told me technical support will contact me, but haven't got any response for a week now

I had to turn off tracking in safari for one authentication at the end with Facebook. This was the only challenge I had. Otherwise, easy process.

Works really well. Easy to use. The only issues i had were getting certain products approved and undersanding the rules

When everything is in place and done correctly on both ends it is fairly straight forward however not much assistance or explanations when things don't connect etc.

It was fairly simple and straightforward. They walk you though step by step. I hope it gets some sales and some exposure to a new base of potential customers.

I used this app to connect Shopify with Facebook pixel and now im using Facebook shop for my ecommerce

It was easy to connect the facebook app to my shopify store. So far I am not having trouble instagram being attached

Very easy install process, now gotta see it live :) I've been wanting to share my work with all my facebook friends so it is really exiting to be able to now!

Update: Support was very prompt in responding to a problem I had with this app and helped me resolve it. Five stars for genuine customer care! The app also makes it super easy to integrate Conversion API for more optimised ad results.

Works well for linking up facebook shop- can be a bit difficult if you have multiple business manager accounts

Easy breezy connecting & reconnecting, finally something easy to do I am totally impressed. My shop is now active Yaay!

i found the setup a bit tricky as i had a couple of pixels and found little info as to which one will be the right one to use , got there in the end

Use it for my boutique!!! love it! customer service is awesome!! help channels are super helpful. havent had an issue with shopify other than my shop disconnecting a time or two

It was okay. Kind of confusing having not use FB business suite before. I eventually figured it out but it took more than one attempt to wrap my head around it.

Im using this to sell on fb and its pretty easy to connect and modify, very user frienddly andd useful tool

The set up was easy. I have not use the app yet but I am Planning to use it to advertise directly from the apa.

Super easy to setup, put it off for too long. Way easier than I thought. Have all your channels setup up beforehand, then linking them here is a breeze (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Facebook Page, Facebook Pixel)

was easy and i was expecting it to be a lot more difficult. the integration was smooth, the pop up took me to exactly were i needed to click.
