Facebook & Instagram

Ease of use and customization. Great opportunity for beginner business and all sales brand. I really recommended Shopify platform.

I think FB app is great. It create alot of awareness for my business. Somehow I keep missing the alert from the messenger when people message me.

I was reading that this app would allow me to sync all my shopify products to my facebook store and would speed up my process of being able to share my items between all the platforms(Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp and Shopify). Great app.

It was a little confusing, but it got me to where I needed to be with this sales channel. Hopefully it does not change again.

Much better than the previous link, hopefully it stays connected. The old version would disconnect all the time. Very easy setup all within Shopify.

Terrible now! Soon as I updated the app my account is no longer working. This is terrible. Facebook really needs to fix this bug or whatever is wrong. I never had a problem with my account before

Extremely easy to set-up. Literally finished complete setup in less than 15 minutes. And it syncs with my catalog!

The facebook app was easy to install and set up. I've installed it before so not sure why my store disconnected but was quick to re set up.

I am used to instagram, but lately I love facebook especially running ads. Today I updated the new facebook channel and I am waiting to see if they will approve me. But overall I love both instagram and facebook

Okay to use. Fairly easy to set up but a bit difficult to find the accept bottons - some at the top, some at the bottom. Needs consistency.

Very easy to use and setup. Took me about five minutes to set up both my Facebook and Instagram accounts.

So far so good! Brand new app, so I'm withholding my final judgement, but so far this has been so much easier to use than the Facebook website. Thank you!
