Still working it all out...:) Am gradually gaining an understanding of the potential of all these option but slowly slowly!

I use the app to help me place ad's on Facebook. It is very simple to use, easy to understand. I recommend this app.

Pretty straightforward, a little annoying that they're changing all the time so you have to redo everything, but I guess that's part of staying hip and cool.

It's good but been a lot of changes lately that have made it tough. I wish there was clearer and more direct communication.

Finally! An easy to setup, fully working, Facebook connector tool. Very easy to setup, no matter if your are connecting to FBM or single accounts, both for Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. I don´t use the marketing tool for creating ads directly on the plugin, but it's great that it generates audiences, so you can just use them quickly from your FBM account. Facebook Catalog tool works great.

Commerce Account got disabled after switching to this new channel. After 3 months and following many service agents suggestions, there is still no solution or hear back from FB. We are not even allow to appeal the wrong decision. All they can say is "we are still investigating to get to the bottom of the issue. Rest assured that the whole team is doing its best to arrive with conclusive findings and resolution". And this is almost a month, I doubt they are doing anything.

Set up was easy. Excited to see the big improvements to the platform. Ability to tag products on Facebook and Instagram is a basic necessity for any business.

facebook has been great and a helpful aid to building my business. I am very excited to continue on as a proud member of the facebook community on both a personal sense and business sense.

hope this helps me better integrate my sales and bring potential facebook customer to purchase from my website this would be awesome just starting to use so will see and update.

Had to come out of the app to look up my shop name because I have another url over the top of it and couldn’t remember the original. The two could be linked

Went smoothly and was prompted on what to do at each step. Only flaw was that it didn't work on Firefox and I had to try again on Chrome.

posts product updates automatically in our facebook feed. unfortunately a feature that annoys facebook followers and can't be disabled

Its good PR. I love social media for business purposes. If only it was easier to understand as a walkthrough.

If you didnt understand what was being asked of you -- it could be confusing. It didnt explain that youll be able to choose which FB acount you want to connect to once you log in.
