I am using this to enhanced customer's experience when shopping online, using social media platform as another marketing tool.

We spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out why we could not add myself as an Admin on the FB page; finally figured out that we needed to be "friends" in order for it to work. Would have saved us a lot of time if there was some sort of side note on the Add Person page indicating that requirement. Other than that, all went fine.

I like this app because it is easy to use and easy to operate. If there is any problem, the customer service will provide help.

Hi I hope I managed to change the configuration to Api, since pixel is not gonna work as it used , with the issue with Apple new private policies love facebook ads thanks

Coming from the old channels it pretty much set itself up! It’s impressive how far the platforms have come. You’re able to set up a campaign straight from the Shopify app without to much hassle.

Easy install to Shopify. We have no idea if connecting to FB will actually sell any more products. Oddly our Fb account gets knocked out evey 3-4 weeks and is always asking to be reconnected. Its a pain
