Every time I update anything on my shopify it appears on my customers news feeds which is very intrusive. It has caused me to loose a lot of followers. Absolutely ridiculous.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! That definitely sounds frustrating and not ideal. In that regard, we have had a few merchants experience the same issue. The issue that you've described is coming from a setting within your Facebook notifications and not from our app directly. We aren't able to control how Facebook displays your product updates however, we did some digging on our end and the way you would turn off these notifications is to go to your Business Page Settings > Page Updates > click on Edit > and turn off post notifications so that they don't automatically update every change. This should turn off the automatic posts. Thank you! - Anna, Shopify Support

Shopify does not make setting up an integration with FB easy, but this app is so simple and self-explanatory. All questions are answered with little guides. Very well done and much appreciated.

Setting up the FB channel / Shopify was easy and seamless. There are no complaints, very stoked so far! The app is very professional and walks you through the steps necessary to get rollin'.

it always seems like my old listings dont get deleted if they are put on draft or deleted off shopify. People seem to always have issues checking out through facebook as well.... it always disconnects with shopify. Hoping it will start to work better.

So to begin with I was pretty frustrated with not being able to get in contact with facebook as I was experiencing issue with getting my commerce account approved! However I was lucky to get the best help from Shopify Support Specialist Anna! (Thank you Anna for everything!) and later on also Facebook from a link to a support form. Now when everything is approved and up an running, I love the easy setup for your facebook and instagram shop. its super easy to set up and navigate in and new products get approved very fast! TIP: don't add giftcards to your facebook sales channel! you won't get approved then..

So far so good,, can't wait to start selling using Facebook Channel!! When chatting with a Shopify agent, they recommended adding Facebook Channel to my store to help increase sales.
