It can get confusing but, ends up making sense if you take your time each step of the way. Even if it seems like some connections become lost... Just reconnect and follow the steps patiently. Making sure of the connections between your Facebook account(s) and the correct Instagram account(s) before connecting to your 'shop' will make the process easier. Thats my ameteur explanation of my journey so far.

The setting up is easy and user friendly. It is definitely good that i could link my Shopify to IG and FB. I love it.

I have to really wonder what genius decided to roll this out during the busiest shopping time of the year. My facebook worked just find and now I'm forced to load yet another app to weigh down my store and it doesn't work. When contacting shopify support the support people have the audacity to tell me they provide limited support. IT"S your app. If you don't provide support, who does? It's really outrageous. If I could give this app a zero I would.

Reconnected our Shopify store with Facebook and Instagram. The process was fairly easy to work through.

Not bad. I didn't expect to finish it in less than 10 minutes! Of course, I have no idea whether I did it right yet or not... we shall see.

It was fairly easy I didn't like that I had to delete a commerce account and create a new one. Overall pretty straightforward.

Worked easily to set up and seems to work fine. Been using the old facebook shop app and the insta app as well. but having all in one place is a way better solution.

Hopefully through setting up this new fb channel they will be able to see that my business does not need to be banned from the platform any longer.
