Sometimes they disable my account and arent not helpful in getting the ads running again. Facebook is very unresponsive.

Definitely adds an extra bang to your business to allow shopping on Instagram. I would definitely recommend

Easy setup, worked exactly as described and required no extra information. Simple, Easy and fast, no problems.

Great app, it takes a few minutes to set up all your settings but after that is all completed works pretty good. Still learning all the settings and options under the menus, I will do an update in a few weeks when everything is running smooth.

Great app. Really easy to use and integrate. Managing Facebook and Instagram shops in one tab is really good.

So far it's pretty easy to use. I need to continue setting up. It was a little confusing at first, but it is flowing better now

This was way easier than the previous app. My issue has always been that Instagram never approved me, even though I sell pillows and many of my Instagram friends sell exactly the same products and have an Instagram shop. I gave up for a year, but I'm hopeful with the new app that I will get approved to sell my pillows on Instagram.

I am not entirely certain what rights Facebook receives by setting up this Facebook channel - no doubt they were outlined during the enrollment process, but I didn't pay close attention. It seemed some permissions I was unwilling to give - and probably didn't understand - were for set up - As I need this kind of help and basically trust Facebook I went along with the program. Let's see the results!

I navigated the process, it seems overly complex between on parties. The help menus from shopify did NOT match the steps on FB and vice verse.

Good, but not that easy to set up. Specially if you are working with an external advertiser, for example an ad agency.

Had the old Shopify to Facebook catalogue all setup, now I can't select the correct catalogue as it says I don't have permission.

Facebook channel is very usefull for shopify and the instagram shop. I dont think that this message is going to be readen...

There was an inexplicable problem where my main Insta account would not appear. Then it did. The whole set-up took hours
