Terrible. Really went downhill. Majority of my products are flagged for "missing size" and will not tag, when they do have sizes and are entered perfectly. Was never like this before. Huge disappintment.

It no longer allows me to access the "Manage Facebook data sharing preference" section, and my campaigns are negatively affected. Nobody can solve the problem.

Facebook/Instagram is one of the worst tools available. Endless errors and issues appear out of nowhere and the support team is absolutely awful. Orders placed through Meta have countless payment errors and I end up having to chase money from customers directly after product has been delivered because Meta arbitrarily cancels them and withholds the money. You'd think one of the biggest tech companies in the world could pull off super basic operations, but no.

Absolute junk now. I run a brick & mortar store only (no shipping). My goal is to tag products in my feed, for in-store pickup. Meta's "Changes to Shops" forces the use of Checkout with Facebook or Instagram, which requires shipping. There is no support to sync Shopify's Local Pickup option, or have a catalog only shop to direct to my website for checkout. Guess I won't be spending advertising dollars for my shop.

This is one of the grand examples not to use 3rd party apps. The Instagram & Facebook integration for Shopify is incredibly complicated to use. There is basically no support - you can talk to Meta Pro Agents that work overseas, they're lovely and try their best but they don't have enough permissions to actually resolve any issues. They can only raise a case for follow up with what they call their "internal team". It seems that this app requires a Meta Business verification, which takes up to 4 weeks to process. It needs a verified Instagram account and a verified Facebook page. The Shopify app asks for some business documents and states that shops are validated within 2 business days. Our shop has been repeatedly rejected, even though the Meta Business Manager indicated that we check all the boxes to be approved for the Shopify integration. Contacting support renders the standard and equally useless info that we don't qualify to be approved. They don't tell you why, which is very frustrating. It took us weeks to figure out, that we have to verify our Meta Business Manager first. One agent even told us our Instagram account didn't have enough posts and we should just keep posting and see what happens. Ridiculous. Writing this we're still not approved even though the process is ongoing for quite some time now and we've been talking to five different agents. What adds to the confusion is that Meta Business needs personal Facebook accounts to manage Facebook pages and Instagram accounts. If you're more than one manager it just messes everything up because different people end up with different permissions. Even once everyone has full permissions for everything they don't properly sync accounts. When logging in with our Instagram account the set cookie prevents us from logging into the business manager. We have to clear cache, use incognito mode or a different browser. It's beyond comprehension that a company like Meta is unable to provide a smooth, SIMPLE integration with substantial support for their business customers. GOOGLE is my baseline and I compare everything to them: simple integrations and if things don't work out an amazing, FAST and HELPFUL customer service.

The app is basically useful to open ticket with Meta, because general support over messanger is very bad! I do rate 1 because is not really an app and considering Facebook now Meta has so many years and so many billions is a shame they run a so buggy advertising software.

Before it was a great app, but now it is not. Not support anything but only sync of product catalog to facebook, even can't share product cards in messenger anymore.

When disconnect or connect shopify app or also if install new this app. every time create new shopify product catlog in facebook by this app. why not give option for selection catlog so not create new one

This app is atrocious. I have orders being made through FB and IG, and they aren't syncing with shopify. I also can't fulfill the orders in FB/IG commerce page because it thinks it's connected to shopify, so the API is blocking fulfillment. The worst is, I had no clue there were orders being made until customers contacted my store. The FB/IG commerce page won't event let me refund the orders because it's waiting shopify to pull them. I disabled the meta channel, but it turned itself back on and caused this cluster. You would think for a billion dollar company, they could get their act right.

All of a sudden late last week, we can no longer tag our products on Instagram (we can Facebook, but not instagram). Can figure out what changed, and having a horrible time, figuring out what happened and/or who to talk to about this issue.

Per mettersi in contatto con l'assistenza devi fare le olimpiadi, assurdo che un Social Network con milioni di utenti non abbia un servizio diretto di assistenza tutto si risolve con paginette inutili che non soluzionano niente. Un elefante burocratico che sputa sul piatto dove mangia, perche' gli utenti sono quelli che gli permettono di esistere. Atteggiamento che non saprei definire bene in che categoria collocarlo, comunque pessimo.

It gives a constant warning because they closed the Shopping feature, but it is very good to have a single tool for full integration

After your app update, all previously connected accounts were logged out, and since then, I've been unable to log in. I keep encountering error codes, and the connection with Shopify and your app has been severed. It's still not synchronized, and it's affecting our sales. Please resolve this issue quickly.
