Had a terrible time updating my catalog and connecting my facebook profile such that it has the right "permissions" to be useful. FAQ on Meta sites is bad and Shopify customer service also washes their hands of anything Meta and app related - i.e you're left to fend for yourself.

Shop Überprüfung und dergleichen dauert sehr lange. Richtige bzw. detaillierte Informationen zum Status wernden nicht angezeigt und können auch nicht abgerufen werden. Zudem ist der ganze Prozess unübersichtlich und kompliziert.

Leider ist die Nutzung von Meta ohne jeglichen Support nahezu unmöglich. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche, Hilfe zu erhalten, gibt es keinerlei Unterstützung oder Reaktion auf Kontaktanfragen. Angeblich verstößt meine Website, www.bunteshirts.com, gegen die Richtlinien, jedoch gibt es keine konkreten Hinweise darauf, welche Verstöße vorliegen. Die Suche nach Lösungen auf den zahlreichen Hilfeseiten war erfolglos, und die Integration der Website in Facebook ist daher nicht möglich. Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn bei Problemen konkrete Unterstützung geboten würde. Stattdessen scheint es, als würde das System lediglich Inhalte filtern, ohne klare Hinweise zu geben, wo das Problem liegt. Inzwischen musste ich auf andere Plattformen ausweichen, die offensichtlich keine Probleme mit meiner Website haben. Eine Stellungnahme oder ein konstruktiver Lösungsansatz seitens Meta wäre sehr wünschenswert.

Not easy to use at all. It struggles to connect to Pages, and the shop doesn’t function properly. Sometimes the Facebook Shop works—but often it doesn’t. Product tagging is unreliable and frequently reports items as unavailable even when they’re in stock. Support is virtually nonexistent; instead of real help, you’re just pointed to generic setup instructions. Overall, it’s been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Ist ok. META ist immer noch mit Business Meta Spark und nicht was alles noch gibt einfach zu viel. Müsste Kompakter sein. Die Schnittstelle von Shopify zu Facebook (META), da hat Shopify wirklich viel dazu beigetragen. META ist oder es war auch schon besser.

Fiquei esperando o processo de verificação da loja por mais de 2 semanas e análise em andamento, sem ser informado qual era a pendência. E só ao entrar em contato com o suporte, fiquei sabendo da pendência, uma pendência simples, que eu poderia ter sido notificado por e-mail, e resolvido em minutos.

Local pickup is not working. My account always says it needs to be connected but when i go in, its connected. Products always hidden from the shop

This has caused issues on my Shopify traffic and has caused products not be viewable which is causing sales to drop. No valid troubleshoot has be given to solve isssue

I'm not able to add the sales channel in to the facebook commerce manager. Everytime I tried add account It ask me to create a shop and in the next page I select shopify then after shopify landing page shows without login. I click on login in shopify it ask me to add channel which I already added. The same process still going on repeat.

It does not give me succinct reasoning when a product is rejected, just says against commercial policies. Accepts half of our products, but not the other half. All are meat products!

Not great, sometimes it's connected, other time it's not. Also I had someone from Shopify tell me the issue is because I'm in the UK and not USA as to why my products were active but not showing as active! All products do not sync - right now it's telling me that a Sync has failed but when I click it says no products to show. Just adds an extra stress to running a small business to be honest.

Honestly nearly everything I have experienced with Meta for Business has been terrible. So many random errors, transient issues with cookies, account verification issues. Nothing has gone smoothly or worked first time at any point in the past year. I honestly can't believe the size of their ads business given how poor the experience as a business is. That said, I did eventually (with much refreshing) get my shops set up on instagram and facebook. I've yet to successfully tag a product in a post though - wish me luck.
