A bit pricey but it's a very high quality service
Beautiful review app. I have had some glitches when installing widgits etc, but the team is quick to help you fix it!
Troubles often with video uploads
I am struglling to add the carousel widget
It works great just wish it had more than 10 automatic emails for the free plan. The next tier is pretty expensive but I might be willing to pay for a paid plan if it cost a little less.
Makes it easy to import reviews from Etsy and Trustpilot although it is a shame it doesn't verify those from Trustpilot despite the apparent established connection. A bigger bummer for us is that I hoped it will be easy to import eBay reviews too but the only way one can do that is to use some Chrome extension to export to a CSV (pay that as well if you have many), adjust that to Fera's CSV template and import then into the app. These reviews will most likely be unverified too. However, unlike the Opinew Product Reviews App UGC app, the backend is intuitive and the frontend widgets appear nicely designed and you don't get the unnecessary "powered by" clutter.
Just started to use it. So far so good. Will update in the future…
Overall good review app, have had a bug where a customer couldn't review the specific product they bought
Seems straightforward, but I'm having trouble making the reviews visible on my Shopify store. I'm sure it is an operator error.
Great app so far, wish there is attribute rating and customer profile, so we can filter the reviews by customer attributes
EDIT - price tripled in price a year later. SKIP and get another app...was shut out of the app and forced to upgrade for 3x the cost if I wanted to continue using. It's a good app, but unfortunately don't like their business ethics.

application pratique et utile, dommage que c'est en anglais . Heureusement il y a quand même un chat immédiat avec une bonne équipe . Qui sont à l'écoute pour bien résoudre les difficultés. En particulier Holden qui m'a bien aidé encore merci.

Easy to setup and configure. Reviews look great on the site.
