It works great just wish it had more than 10 automatic emails for the free plan. The next tier is pretty expensive but I might be willing to pay for a paid plan if it cost a little less.

Makes it easy to import reviews from Etsy and Trustpilot although it is a shame it doesn't verify those from Trustpilot despite the apparent established connection. A bigger bummer for us is that I hoped it will be easy to import eBay reviews too but the only way one can do that is to use some Chrome extension to export to a CSV (pay that as well if you have many), adjust that to Fera's CSV template and import then into the app. These reviews will most likely be unverified too. However, unlike the Opinew Product Reviews App UGC app, the backend is intuitive and the frontend widgets appear nicely designed and you don't get the unnecessary "powered by" clutter.

Seems straightforward, but I'm having trouble making the reviews visible on my Shopify store. I'm sure it is an operator error.

Great app so far, wish there is attribute rating and customer profile, so we can filter the reviews by customer attributes

Very userfriendly and good pricing. Unfortunately some standard modifications are not possible with some themes. However in this case the support team makes custom modifications on request, which works fine. Overall quite happy with the tool.

Had a hard time getting it to work on a specific page. But, Landon helped me right away to get it on the right page. I love that it imports all my reviews from multiple apps.

The app is relatively intuitive and easy to use, affordable and has plenty of options to make sure your customers are seeing what they need to make a purchase...REVIEWS! My only current issue is getting "all reviews" out from embedding in with other block sections on the website. Its seems to only be able to embed within other sections I don't want them apart of because I should be further down on the page and the reviews should be higher.

Since we have multiple online stores, Fera helps us sync the reviews across all the stores. It also has useful widgets for store merchandising and conversions. The only issue I have is if the automatic placement does not work for widgets, the manual method is frustrating as the app is unable to find widget placement.
