The UI of the app is great but there are really bugs everywhere. I had to message support every step of the way. Finally a display bug had to be looked at by their IT. It's been 3 days without any feedback, after 3 days of trying to get it set up. Moving to one of the many other competitors, please test your apps before launching.

Very good product for customer reviews and sending out emails to customers to remind them to write a review. Emails are highly customizable as well.

This app is great and I've installed on two of my stores! Love that you can customize the design and have star ratings for products as well as the store. Customer support is great and fast. Highly recommended!
