Using the Fera free plan. App integrates seamlessly with our store. Every time I need support with something, the Fera team is prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I'm happy with my choice to use Fera and the free plan works for our needs as a small business.

I found this app through Google and I am so glad I found it. My only regret is not find it earlier. My store looks so pretty and it makes so much more sense paying for their fees over paying for trustpilot (extremely expensive and overrated). Money is not even the issue. But the widgets from trustpilot are so ugly and not aesthetic pleasing. This app can customize the reviews to perfectly your website and looks so high end and customized. Not to say how amazing their customer service is! I basically spent the whole afternoon requesting changes from them and they were so quick to do every single one of them with so much efficiency! Im grateful i found this app!

Great customer service. I got human tech support immediately and he was very helpful in fixing a couple widget problems on my website.

I absolutely love this app. It is quite straightforward to use but if I get stuck I always reach out to their support and they are so quick and efficient to reply. I have been using this app from a long time now and have never had complains.

12.07.24 Update: habe die App leider wieder gelöscht. Die Mailvorlagen werden immer wieder von der Du-Form in die Sie-Form convertiert, wenn die Dashboard-Spracheinstellung auf Deutsch ist. Support konnte es trotz ehrlichen Bemühens leider nicht lösen. 10.07.24 Die Fera App ist genial gemacht. Habe nach einer Bewertungs-App gesucht, die leistungsfähig und doch einfach zu bedienen ist, ohne zu sehr ins Geld zu gehen. Alles drei leistet Fera vorbildlich! Innerhalb von 5 Minuten hatte ich die ersten Rezensionen auf meiner Landingpage eingebunden. Echt stark.

I just discovered this app and I am so glad I found it! It works really well and the customer service is TOP NOTCH! I messaged the company on a Sunday evening and they replied within minutes and provided such amazing support. So far, I highly recommend this app and this company.

Better app than Judge.me by far. The visuals are better and the star ratings show the average rating the product has which Judge.me doesn't have. Overall the customer support was helpful and informative. Highly recommended!
