Fera Product Reviews App

The app is relatively intuitive and easy to use, affordable and has plenty of options to make sure your customers are seeing what they need to make a purchase...REVIEWS! My only current issue is getting "all reviews" out from embedding in with other block sections on the website. Its seems to only be able to embed within other sections I don't want them apart of because I should be further down on the page and the reviews should be higher.

Since we have multiple online stores, Fera helps us sync the reviews across all the stores. It also has useful widgets for store merchandising and conversions. The only issue I have is if the automatic placement does not work for widgets, the manual method is frustrating as the app is unable to find widget placement.

So far working well. I don't like the limitations on what I can do for free. Would like a bit more basic capabilities for a cost effective price.

I used this app to help make the app go more with my theme. The experience was good. I really felt that they wanted to make sure that I was happy. They took their time with me.

Easy to use and integrates well.. customers have found it simple to use and the photo uploads are a nice feature.

I like the functionality of the app, but I had an initial issue where my the offers on my one-time review requests were being replaced by a different offer. I noticed this after I press save. So I recommend checking more than once before those are sent out. I also found the set up of the review widgets a bit confusing, but support was able to help me sort both of these issue out and it looks really nice on the website.

This is a great app that is extremely easy to set up to use. It integrates very well with Shopify, and allows for a number of review setups and interactions with customers and lots of flexibility in terms of our reviews are requested and managed. I personally would love the ability to apply a little more typographic control in terms of how the reviews appear (e.g. being able to control the line height and letterspacing in the text), hence the four instead of five stars — but overall, it really is a solid app and I look forward to continuing to use it.

It works pretty good! However I wish there were more design options as I find the layouts provided lacking a bit of elegance/professionalism.

Easy to install, works well with enough features to make it worth the money. Only issue is sometimes the app doesn't load on our home page. Otherwise, all good!

I wanted to be able to easily add review to my website! it seems very easy to use. Time will tell, but I am hopeful it will help me to add nice looking reviews to the site.

So far, so good. I will continue to test it out, but pretty confident that this one is a keeper. Thank you!

Super easy to use and friendly features. I just wish you could do a rating submission directly in the email so it's easier for customers who don't want to upload a photo or video

Great app to optimize conversions, upsell and build trust. The app is also very easy to use and gain insights of customer journeys.

Very quite to respond and fixed my issue straight away. 4* as I was not able to do it myself on the app.

Easy to install and to be able to see my shopper's journeys is incredibly useful. Adding testimonials to my website was straightforward. I would definitely recommend this app.

The app is not bad for managing the reviews, but many of the customizations are still in preparation. It seems dev portal and technical documentations are still in preparations. So I guess if you are using English and are a basic user with no-code requirements, this may be the right one for you. ---- This is an addition and update to this review due to the engagement for the partner success team at Fera. They were very eager to try and meet our team's needs and were able to disclose more dev portal information that disclosed how the tags work in the custom editor. This was useful but at the sametime I believe should have been available from the start as they are advertising how powerful their solution is. However based on their efforts I've added another start. The mechanism to try and getting you buy-in to the up-selling on their capabilities is a bit unfortunate and due to this I wouldn't give this 5 stars until their platform is really complete.

Still exploring this app. It's going well. Customer service was prompt and helpful. I like the how customizable the reviews widget is.

I didn't see the widget I am looking for after installing the app. It's really frustrating. I wanted a widget that will show how many customers have an item in their cart. I don't know if I should leave the app or uninstall it but this is a great app for reviews.
