I'm so impressed with this app. Anytime I need help customer service is available through chat and have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Fera.

An Absolute Joy to Use! I just had to drop a review here because I've been so impressed with this app! Right from the start, it's been super easy to use. I've tried out plenty of apps before, but this one is by far the most user-friendly. Their customer service team is top notch – Roel solved my issue in a matter of minutes. It’s been a hassle-free, enjoyable journey, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an app that’s both incredibly easy to use and supported by a fantastic customer service team.

This has been excellent for me. I imported in my reviews from etsy to begin with and now I manually add the reviews for the products that are on my shopify store.

Fera is a great platform for e-commerce store reviews. We use it to collect customer reviews, it has been a game-changer. This assists us in ensuring a part of our social proof is taken care of and generating trust with potential customers.
