iFera has been a gem to our hot sauce company. I really llke the app and it's features. It's easy to use which makes it great for customers to give their feedback and the customer service is outstanding. I like the way the app keeps growing and innovating.

The review layout is well thought, and customers are automatically emailed a couple of weeks after purchasing a product. The support is so quick. I had a couple of changes I wanted to make and they got back to me in minutes.

I would say being a new small business owner and completely unfamiliar with web development, marketing technologies, what sold me is the ease of importing reviews from my other commerce sites. User friendly interface.

Great app and even better support! I had some doubts while setting everything up and Holden was so helpful and fast that it's easily the best support I ever had. Highly recommend.
