Very nice interface, mostly easy but a bit complicated.
We were looking for a reasonably priced reviews app that looked good on the front end and had a simple backend interface. Fera has it all, great looking widgets, easy to install, super simple backend that just get's the job done. Support is exceptional, Holden is the master at his domain, helps customize and setup the app flawlessly especially after hours (isn't that when we shop owners do our best work). Being from Canada is a bonus, but that's the not the real reason, it's the group of people behind this app that makes all the difference. Give it a try you won't be disappointed. Only wish they introduce SMS review request soon, it's in the works I have heard. Frank LATHR.COM

UPDATE: I'm an independent artisan, running my e-comm business solo with a limited budget for Shopify apps. I usually try to find DIY workarounds when someone suggests getting an app, BUT FERA IS WORTH THE MONTHLY FEE. Functionality, customization, exceptional customer support— it's been great and I've had it for about 4 years now. Most days I forget it's even there because it runs smoothly and isn't something I worry about.

Way better UX than Judge.me. App looks Modern and easy to setup
It's a great review program. And the engineers are kind enough to teach you. I think I made a good choice. I highly recommend it

Einfache Einrichtung. Funktioniert echt top und man kann es mit verschiedenen Bewertungstools verbinden bzw. Bewertungen von verschiedenen Shops importieren.
The app is perfect, and support is even more perfect.
Holden is the man! Solved my problem, was very rad throughout! Loox can eat my shorts. Fera FTW.
