Fera is great in all honesty, its really easy to navigate, and the customer service is very swift which is helpful! I've been using Fera to manage my reviews for almost 2.5 years now and I can honestly say it's one of the best for the price.

I needed an app that would let me offer customers a % in exchange for leaving a review and this does that. It was easy to set up and the customer service was great when I needed help. Highly recommend.

Brilliant app! Easy to set up and even though my Shopify Theme was a bit trickier, Holden helped me out within minutes and really efficiently too! Really recommend this app as it can be installed by anyone without a technical background and you can also import reviews from other sources, like Google/Etsy/manual.
