Customer service is very responsive, the app works well and I love that it automatically sends emails to my customers and also allows to import verified reviews from other platforms

OK I am fairly new to Shopify (have used other platforms for years) and have tried a few similar apps but some I just could not understand how to get working or they were difficult to tweak to meet my business needs. I have now been using Fera for a couple of months and I am hooked, easy to setup and easy to customise, and it must be working as I have been receiving more positive customer feedback than ever before.

Fera is great in all honesty, its really easy to navigate, and the customer service is very swift which is helpful! I've been using Fera to manage my reviews for almost 2.5 years now and I can honestly say it's one of the best for the price.

Brilliant app! Easy to set up and even though my Shopify Theme was a bit trickier, Holden helped me out within minutes and really efficiently too! Really recommend this app as it can be installed by anyone without a technical background and you can also import reviews from other sources, like Google/Etsy/manual.
