Such great help with website--to be able to add the reviews from other stores. Easy to work with. The only thing I've noticed is that it doesn't transfer all the reviews and you have to manually add reviews to product page (if you choose to), but could just be because I just started using it.

It just makes everything so easy, managing reviews, putting it in your code/website. The entire incentive system. It's a joy to use this app. The emails with the follow-ups. The support is always there, responding all the time in a few minutes. They've helped us with quite some technical questions and migrating our reviews from an older theme to a newer one.
