I have just sent the first lot of email requests; the app is very easy to navigate around. I have also contacted Customer Service today and their service was very prompt.

I just migrated my website to shopify, and I looked into many review apps out there, combed through customer's reviews, and the features, and so far I am not disappointed! anytime I needed help, the customer support was so quick and were able to give superb results. Love it, don't look any further, this is the app you will love!

This is one of the best Shopify add-on apps I have used in a really long time. Speedy integration, easy to follow set up instructions, does exactly what it says it does, and super, friendly and efficient customer service. I hope that Fera release more products compatible with Shopify as I will def use again and I highly recommend them !

Fera is easy to setup and use. I connected to my Google Business Account and imported my store reviews in minutes.

Great app and great support. Had an issue and they fixed it while we were on chat. I like the review process to check spelling and grammar.

I am loving the ease of this app. It allows my customers to leave reviews and photos on my website which are clear which helps with further sales. The customer support is extremely helpful, friendly, and punctual and always there to help. They are continuously making improvements to the app making it very user-friendly. I highly recommend this app to anyone needing an affordable and easy application for customers to leave product reviews.

We are very happy with Fera. It makes it easy to gain reviews and easy to manage them. The interface is also very intuitive so staff don't need extensive training to be able to use it.

I recently switched my website from Wix to Shopify and I was very concerned that I would lose all my reviews in the process. Luckily, Kemi created me a personalized video to make the transition easy. I've been using the free version up until today and it offers SO many features. I finally upgraded and I don't regret a thing.
