This is an amazing app!! We would HIGHLY recommend this app to other merchants. This is way better then all the other apps out there. The customer service is so wonderful. During the set up process I had several questions and concerns. The customer service at Fera was incredible and answered everything I needed to know so quickly in only a couple minutes. I have added this app to my website before it has even gone live in anticipation of having this reviews feature live as soon as it launches. It has ticked every box so far for me. It would be nice to add incentive awards at less than £1 as that could end up being £3 reward if my customer chooses to write a review, put a picture and a video. I have a multitude of low cost products as well as higher priced so the incentive could potentially be very high if reviews are left for all! Alternatively, it might be nice to set incentives per product/ collection so it is relative? Other than this, this is a truly fantastic app that I can’t wait to go live. Thankyou

Amazing and support. They support multi-lingual reviews for my store and helped me integrate it very fast. They offer a one-year free upgrade which is incredible and have never seen here on shopify. So I really recommend using it especially as the app integrates great with the theme and you can customize it fully. For some customizations they did it on the css back end without charging me. other apps charge for deeper customization. overall best decision made so far. you can integrate also with smile or soon to come bon loyalty app. I use bon loyalty app due to its multi-lingual suppport. All of the support of fera was amazing 24/7, especially Roel, Kime etc. thank you all!

So far so good . It looks nice and tidy with my theme and it loads quickly . great syncronisaion with google

The app has been wonderful so far. Easy to use on the backend, easy to customize on the site and the customer service has been super helpful. I originally installed it in wix and then when I migrated to Shopify they were really helpful in that process. I highly recommend this one.

So far a smooth experience and easy usability. Yet to collect any reviews but excited for when the ball gets rolling. So far definitely prefer it to Judge.me for the easy interface and customisation aspects.

Great app, and the customer service is also fantastic! They go above and beyond. We asked for help with a small problem on our end, and within about five minutes they had not only fixed our issue, they also gave our entire review page a complete makeover, even down to small details such as changing the colours and styling to fit in with our brand theme! Great platform, great support, highly recommend.
